  • This is a lovely place and though our stay in Albuquerque was short, Lezle made us feel right at home. The casita was well-appointed and clean and Lezle's communication was top-notch. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks!

  • Lezli was an efficient host. Had anticipated most of our needs and responded promptly to any of our specific requests. Hot tub was awesome, loved the fireplace where we enjoyed our evening after the hot tub. Comfortable bed.

  • Although we didn't have a chance to meet Lezle as we were too busy, she was very professional and prompt in communicating. The house itself is adorable and really charming. Wifi works well and is fast. As others have mentioned, the futon bed is a little uncomfortable to sleep on and it seems like it might be worth the investment in a more comfortable bed/mattress for the bedroom. But other than that the rest of the house was charming and comfortably decorated! We also enjoyed using the fireplace and the hot tub.

  • Lezle is a very kind and considerate host. Our plane was severe delayed and she arranged for us to get into the adobe very late and we were so grateful. This is an incredibly comfortable and atmospheric home, spacious light and quiet, with a very cozy homely feeling, especially with the kiva fireplace. We slept very well and felt so at home, only sorry not to stay longer. Lezle has an amazing eye and the place is filled with her art and other fascinating inspiring decor and touches, this is really a place with character. The location is great, so easy to find and very easy to get to all main places we wanted to go. Albuquerque has so much to offer and this was the perfect place to stay. Thank you!

  • Lezle's little casita was beautifully refurbished. Loved the tiled shower and access to Netflix movies. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try out the inviting hot tub in the courtyard. Lezle was a great host with a wealth of information. She told us about a Mexican Cafe within walking distance, and gave us directions to a neighborhood with numerous thrift store to explore. All in all a great stay.

  • Such a lovely place to stay and super convenient! Lezle's guest house has everything and more and was extremely easy to find/checkin and out of. Very close to Old Town restaurants too. We loved our stay in ABQ and would definitely stay here again.

  • I did not end up staying at the adobe, but Lezle was great about understanding and accommodating me. My pup was a little too interested in her cats but the casita was very charming. Thanks, Lezle!

  • Lezle's casita is so lovely. A very relaxing stay during a busy work trip made this a great evening retreat.

  • We only stayed with Lezle one night. The casita is very comfortable. It is a short walk to some museums and a very nice park - just what we needed after a full day of driving!
The beds are futons but very comfortable. Their is a big tv and a fireplace (that we didn't have time to use). We did sit in the hot tub for a bit - that was a bonus!
The kitchen is not a full kitchen, but you do have a mini-fridge, burner, and a microwave.
Lezle herself was very nice. She gave us directions to the park and helped us out when we were out of Ziploc baggies for leftovers.
The casita is behind the house, and it is very quiet.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay with her again if I was in the area.

  • Lezle was the perfect hostess. She greeted us, showed us the amenities of her casita, guided us in our travels, and checked in periodically to see if we need anything. Her casita is very spacious and comfortable. The bed is a bit small and the shower a bit tricky, but the casita is extremely well-located. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

About
I am an artist from New Mexico. My interests are printmaking (mostly woodcuts and wood engravings) and remodeling houses. I mostly freelance and have a MA degree in non-toxic printmaking. My primary medium is woodcuts and I am also a book illustrator. I love the open spaces, the mountains, and canyons of New Mexico - where one can live in a major city, but be in the wilderness within 1/2 hour. I can give you many tips of what to see and do. I work part time for a wilderness expedition company: The Cottonwood Gulch Foundation. My art studio website is currently being rebuilt, so is a bit barebones at the moment. It can be found under "Laughing Crow Studio" or Lezle Williams. I have stayed at several airBNB homes both in the US and abroad. It is a great community and a great way to travel! Thank you for your interest!
