Our one and only private room in our humble home with shared bathroom/toilet in BHUMI Hostel Kotagede, Yogyakarta. Our quaint 1970s home is located in 15th-century heritage neighbourhood of Kotagede. FREE home-cooked vegetarian breakfast. We allocate half of our space to Permaculture organic edible garden filled with native and imported herbs, spices and fruits - feel free to harvest and use.

Amazing place! This wasn't my first and won't be my last stay with the Bhumi family. Clean rooms, great vibes. Location perfect for either relaxed hangout or heavy touring. Love the staff (and the food!!!!). See you soon, guys!

It was just PERFECT to stay with nino and sari ! We totally felt like home. I especially preciated the wonderful garden with herbs and spices for cooking. Nino told us so much about the philosophy of the place which is just amazing! Good job :)
