Enter through the back door keypad into a bright, welcoming porch with convenient laundry facilities just off the entrance. The main level features an open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, one bedroom, and a 4-piece bathroom. Overlooking the ocean, the spacious screened-in deck offers the perfect place to dine, relax, and enjoy the sound of the waves and the refreshing sea breeze.

Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed, a 3-piece bathroom, and a charming built-in daybed alcove—a cozy retreat that's perfect for curling up with a good book, enjoying an afternoon nap, or providing an extra sleeping space for guests.

Neighborhood highlights

Located in a rural area of Anglo Tignish, very quiet, although the cottage is on a private road there is one other cottage, please be respectful as you drive pass their property to access the cottage. No loud music after 11:00 pm if residents are at their cottage (not full time residents)
