A 5-Star location where Beverly Hills & West Hollywood meet. A luxury guesthouse suite at the heart of the Golden (Norma) Triangle w/a 96 walk-score near Sunset, Melrose, Robertson and Rodeo Drive! Your own private courtyard entrance, designer bedroom suite w/ French doors & luxe hotel style bathroom. Featuring marble-style floors, fine art, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, Mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and a queen size bed w/high thread linens. The garden patio is behind a wall of hedges.

The space
The living space is appointed with high-end designer elements that include marble style floors, fine art, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a queen size bed complete with high quality thread count cotton linens. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a walk-in shower w/ hand spray + rain shower, a marble sink vanity and fine soaps & shampoo are provided. There is also a mini-fridge and microwave designed for the warming up of snacks or lite-bites. There is no cooking allowed and no utensils or dinnerware is included. The garden patio is a tranquil oasis to enjoy the best of LA’s mild climate.

The space offers the combined experience of a luxury hotel suite with the exclusive LA access of a private residence. The suite is attached to the main residence but has NO Access to the residence, and has its own private courtyard access. There is no kitchen or cooking, only a fridge, Keurig coffee machine and microwave for warming foods. The outdoor living room area is under a private canopied & gated courtyard.

The property is located on a quiet residential street. No Loud Music, Parties, Events, or Un-registered guests are allowed. We can provide a guest parking permit for street parking if needed with an additional $100 security deposit. The Beverly Hills Suite is perfect for the savvy tourist, a romantic getaway, an executive business stay, or anyone that wants to experience the very best of the Los Angeles lifestyle.
