With jaw-dropping views of the sea & cruise ships, this renovated studio apartment is ideally located for a relaxing getaway or a longer remote working vacation. The unit is bright & uncluttered with a tastefully modern décor.
K1 is located in a gated hillside community, close to all major attractions, some walkable. The area provides unparalleled scenic views of the sea, mountains & flora of a tropical paradise.
The space
Perched on the edge of a cliff with unobstructed views of the sea & cruise ship dock in front, and the lush landscape of surrounding mountains as the backdrop, this modern studio apartment is perfect for unwinding. The apartment is also ideally situated for quick & easy access to some of Jamaica's most famous tourist attractions, for example:
Mystic Mountain - 3 minutes drive
Dolphin Cove - 4 minutes drive
Dunn's River Falls - 5 minutes drive
The centrally located apartment is only a 12 to 15 minute walk to amenities, including restaurants, bars & shopping in the town centre.
The recently renovated studio unit is uniquely decorated with beautiful modern furnishings exuding a relaxed but sophisticated mid-century vibe.
The unit has a queen sized bed & sleeps two (2) guests. It offers a hotel feel but with the privacy & freedom of staying in a home.

It is well equipped with a state-of-the-art Whirlpool induction cooktop with four touch controlled burners with digital display. Guests will have use of a fridge/freezer with a built-in ice making compartment & various small appliances including a microwave oven, electric kettle, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, smoothie blender & a toaster.
The bathroom is finished with a combination of modern glass tiles and Portuguese inspired ones highlighting a blue, grey & white motif. It is equipped with a tub, a rain shower & a detachable shower wand. Kohler, Grohe & Delta high-quality faucets are installed throughout the apartment.
The unit has on-demand hot water, a remote-controlled variable speed ceiling fan & air conditioning.
Free Wi-Fi is supplied. A stunning 55 inch LG 4k OLED TV with Netflix's Premium ULTRA HD subscription are provided for guests.
