Whether you're seeking a day trip or an overnight stay, we have tailored our accommodations to cater to your every need.

For larger gatherings during the daytime, we recommend selecting up to 16 guests to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience to the fullest. However, if you wish to provide maximum comfort and convenience, we suggest limiting the overnight stay to 6-8 guests. This way, everyone can revel in the pleasure of Utopia without compromising on their personal space and tranquility.

Prepare yourself to be captivated by the allure of Utopia. Once you set foot on our remarkable grounds, you'll understand why bidding farewell to this paradise and returning to the realities of everyday life can be such a daunting task.

Located in Aberdeen, Utopia is a fabulously modern houseboat and that enables you to stay away from the bustling city and will certainly impress you by its comfy interior as well as the splendid amenities. With its considerably big size (3000 sq ft), cozy interior, fully-equipped Sonos sound system, a professional Karaoke system and a complete set of musical instruments (electronic guitar, bass guitar, e-drum set, amplifiers), being aboard of Utopia will definitely bring you some memorable experiences regardless of your trip purpose.

Gathering with few friends, you can decide whether you would love to chill by enjoying movies on a 75-inch TV equipped with professional sound system or an outdoor barbeque in the upper-deck garden. However, Utopia is only moored in Aberdeen and not movable.

If you would like to explore more on the water, private yacht boating service and wake-surfing service can be arranged with extra cost upon request
