I always try to be friendly but of course it also depends on guests. Someone prefers more privacy whereas other guests prefer to talk a little more.
The Rione Prati offers a wonderful nightlife with a variety of public places, but also gathers many different touristic treasures in a cozy area, creating a charming contrast between the ancient and the modern.
Get the Metro and go everywhere in Rome
We had a lovely stay at Mirko`s apartment. This place is perfectly located, within walking distance of all the sites worth seeing in Rome, and right next door to the (email hidden)ere`s easy & convenient access from the Airport.Even though we arrived really late at night we felt very safe walking around.
Full advantage, compared to staying in a hotel, is that you can have your breakfast any time here. There`s a big cheap supermarket & a farmer`s market with fresh fruit & vegitables close by.
I would highly recommend Vatican Station to anyone going to Rome.
Simply a wonderful experience at Mirko B&B! Mirko was very responsive, friendly and helpful. He provided direction and parking tips before we got to Rome. He had map & metro information ready for us when we arrived and provided recommendation on places to see and restaurants nearby to eat. His place was very clean and the location was perfect for us. Mirko did not stay at the B&B during the time we were there so we got the entire place to ourselves. We stayed for 4 nights and can walk everywhere around Rome from his place: to Vatican city, to the Spanish steps, then Colloseum, etc (if you like walking). We only used the metro to get back a couple times when we were so tired and the metro stop is only a couple blocks away. The place is in a residential area and is very safe to walk around, even when we walked back very late. The internet worked great. I did not check my email often but Mirko was in constant contact to make sure things were ok or if we needed anything else. There were snacks and drinks/coffee available at all time. Mirko even had a couple umbrellas available for us on a rainy day. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, and wouldn't think twice about staying here again ourselves. Thank you Mirko!
Our stay with Mirko was fabulous! He was super responsive while we were trying to book. As soon as we booked he emailed us a great map of his location. He was there to greet us when we arrived - and made us fresh coffee!!!! :) His location is absolutely perfect for getting around Rome. Literally a few blocks from metro A Cipro stop. We were able to get a lot done in our short stay because of the great location.
Mirko is very detail oriented and his place is spotless. Everything smells fresh and is newly purchased. He had everything we needed. He gave us a map of the area and great advice on where to go and what to eat. He took a lot of time helping us find our way around and even linked up to our iMessage so we could text him any time for help/questions.
I would highly recommend staying at the Vatican station b&b. It is a great place! We would come back and visit for sure! We loved it!
Mirko was a great host! The room was all very new and extremely clean. Nice location since it was very close to the metro and just a few minutes walk to the Vatican. We really enjoyed our stay there and felt completely at home.
Mirko was kind and helpful in getting us into the B&B even though we arrived in the late evening. The room was new and very clean, and the location was excellent next to the Vatican. I highly recommend this B&B!
We stayed there for 2 night and we were Mirko's first guests. Everything was new, clean and well organised. The place is located very close to Vatican City, and it has a good connection with other main attractions of Rome. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
