Relax in this tranquil and spacious vacation home with the entire family and/or friends. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch the deer graze in front of you. The listing includes the guesthouse above garage. The home is close to Bass Lake (3.4mi Forks Resort) and Yosemite National Park (19.6mi South Entrance). Restaurants and groceries in Oakhurst are just 4.5mi away. Close enough for easy access, far enough to enjoy the peaceful mountain setting. Inquire about RV & Boat parking.

The space
DeerHavn has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bath and sits on 1.9acres.

NOTE:
The APARTMENT/Guest house is a SEPARATE building located above the garage. This is a full size apartment with a kitchenette. Sleeps 6, 1 bd, 1 ba, 2 queen fold out futons. Must climb stairs to reach the apartment. View photos under kitchenette title.

All bedrooms are on the second floor. One bathroom is in the master bedroom and a second bathroom on the second floor. The half bath is in a hallway on the main floor.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a roll-away memory foam bed. The second and third bedrooms have queen sized beds.
There's a family room with a sofa bed and a couch. The room also has a wood burning fireplace insert for those that enjoy the glow and warmth it brings.
The living room has an L-shaped sofa, as well as a couple of recliner chairs. There's also an electric fireplace insert to enjoy while sipping coffee/tea or reading a book to relax.
Books, puzzles and games are available for wholesome family entertainment.

The kitchen has an induction stove top and electric oven. It has a full-size french door fridge w/ bottom freezer. Pot, pans and utensils are available to cook for your family gatherings. Toaster, blender and coffee maker are also available.
There's an 8-seat dining table in the main dining area. A 6-seat table and 3 counter chairs are next to the kitchen. A glass door opens out to the deck where a 4-seat table
is available to enjoy the outdoors.

There's a 55" Monitor in the living room that you can connect to your streeaming service. A 55" TV in the family room and a 32" TV in the master bedroom.

Wi-fi is available throughout the house. It's provided by Vyve Broadband at 105Mbps/10Mbps service. This free service is provided without any guarantees.

DeerHavn has bedding, linens and supplies for 16 guests only.

There's parking space available for 4+ cars on the long driveway.
There's also additional space for RV, boat, etc. in front of the garage.

Other things to note
The house is all electric (no gas). Everything is powered by electricity, including the well water pump. If power goes out, so does the water.

The main house can sleep 10 guests and the apartment can sleep 6 comfortably.

Extra sheets for the apartment are located underneath each futon, simply left up the bottom for access.

Although the shop is not used and is not part of this listing you will enter through here to get to the apartment. This area is not maintained on a regular basis and should not reflect your experience with the apartment.
