  • This was my third stay in Daniel's apt, my home away from home in Bern, & I have no complaints at all. Recommended.

  • Daniel is a great host and was very attentive and helpful. The apartment is very well laid out, in a great location, and an easy tram ride into the centre of Bern.

  • We had a really a good time living in Daniel's house which is very clean and quiet, and the conmunications are very convenient, only a few minutes to the railway station by tram. Daniel is realy very friendly and also gave us some recomendations about the typical restaurants in Bern. After all, it's a perfect place to rest after a whole day's journey.

  • Initially we had trouble locating the location but it was easily located with the help of the locals. The house is clean and tidy. Daniel even left some clean towels and chocolate on the bed to welcome us. It's a really nice gesture. The environment of the estate is quiet and very comfy to live in. Daniel is also prompt in communication and willing to offer us some recommendations. We enjoyed our stay.

  • Great stay, very neat place, very kind host, the interesting library nearly kept us from visiting the people we had come to Bern for :-) The location is perfect, the walk into town easy and even the Klee museum in walking distance.
Danke Daniel, alles war bestens, wir wollen das nicht zu sehr loben, sonst ist es besetzt, das naechste Mal wenn wir (gerne) wieder kommen wollen. Ruth and Mike

  • Daniel was a great host. He is accommodating and relaxed. He prepared ahead some info of Bern. If you ask for it, he will give you also quite a bit of background of the city and a number of places and activities around Bern that will come handy.

The house is bright, neat, clean and big, and so is the room.

The tram to the city is 10 mins. The tram is literally in front of the house.

Really a nice place to stay.

  • This place was spectacular and the location was perfect. It was our first air bnb experience and we were not really sure what to expect. WiTh perfect directions we easily arrived by tram to the spacious, homely, beautifully decorated apartment. Daniel greeted us later after work and gave us every bit of detail required, he was even away for the night which gave us the entire place to ourselves. If we had any questions he replied within minutes online. The next night he took us out for a drink with great views and a tour of the old town. We enjoyed fondue for dinner and he took us to an amazing lounge to finish off a great night with a drink. Very hospitable, generous and welcoming. Highly recommend it. Thanks Daniel!! Ps he also left chocolate on our bed....perfect touch!!

  • I recently started a job in Bern, and stayed at Daniel's place for about 2 weeks, whilst waiting to move into an apartment elsewhere in Bern.

Daniel is a generous host, I felt very welcome and he left me plenty of freedom to go about my things in the house. The room is a decent size and no complaints about the bed. There is a good internet connection available, tv with access to foreign channels as well, quick (8min) and regular tram to the main train station.

I can only recommend staying here.

  • Daniel was great in helping us. He made some great recommendations for us for places to visit. He was extremely hospitable and his place is very well taken care of. Even though this is a room rental, we only saw him once, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Great value, and I would recommend to anyone.
