Fully Renovated multi unit with a total of 9 bedrooms in 3 floors all in the same location. It features 3 floors, each with its own private entrance. This was created to meet the demand of larger parties wanting to stay together for a very affordable price.

The property is walking distance to the Broad Street subway that takes minutes to get to Center City, the heart of Philadelphia. Also walking distance to Temple University Hospital. Whether you are in town for work, attending a conference at the Convention center, looking for a place to get together with friends for a night out in Philly, visiting a patient at Temple Hospital, this apartment would be great for you. Best suited for a student/young adult demographic or groups traveling to Temple University.

Neighborhood highlights

Our property is about 15-20 min north from Center city and the neighborhood is very diverse. From large families to medical student fraternities, you'll be in the hear of a melting pot! The area itself is going through a transition as old buildings are being sold and being renovated, our home has all the modern features and amenities travelers need. We always recommend doing a search around the Temple University Hospital as we are only a few blocks away and for many first time travelers into a diverse city like Philadelphia, it can be an adventurous experience.
