The space
Harvest House is an old farm house that's been renovated to keep the quirky character and charm. The original hard woods have been preserved where possible, they aren't perfect, but they have a story to tell. Many people say it's like Harvest House "hugs" you like an old friend. It's been carefully curated to create a cozy and inspirational vibe.

Wifi / Cell Connection: We have high speed internet and good cell service if you need to get some work done or binge Netflix! That's a perk for staying in town.
TVs: Roku TVs feature tons of free channels, but bring your APP passwords for Smart TV streaming.

The front porch is shaded all day and a peaceful place to relax in the rocking chairs and bird watch. The backyard is a lot of fun with a 6 seater Master Spa hot tub and string lighting at night. There's space to hang out on the patio with comfortable chairs and enjoy the peaceful evenings. Have fun with yard games like Connect 4 and Cornhole. The backyard is fenced on 3 sides and provides a sense of privacy.

Great area with the original hardwood floors and lots of personality. There's a 50 in. Roku TV, bookcases filled with antiques, games, puzzles and classic books. The wooden round dining table has 4 wicker chairs and bench for comfy meals or a hand of poker. The Ashley L-shaped sofa is a queen sleeper with a gel foam mattress topper.
++Kitchen++
The kitchen has been renovated with new olive green cabinets and big stainless steel sink. There's a new dishwasher, microwave, full size oven and fridge with ice maker. There's an island that seats two with storage and pull-out trash bin. Our kitchen is equipped with essentials and appliances which include: regular coffee maker (w/ coffee & filters), electric kettle, air fryer, mini waffle maker, toaster, milk frother & french press.
++Wine Lounge/Music Room++
This room has an entry door from the backyard. It has new wood floors, wood barrel bistro table and swivel wood chairs, sofa, barrel swivel chair and beautiful live edge wood table. This is the perfect spot to retire after a fun day of activities and read a book on Texas wineries or listen to music. There's a record player with a variety of records and a vintage-looking radio/bluetooth speaker to play your own music.
++Primary Bedroom++
The new wood floors continue down a hallway that leads into the primary bedroom suite with a cozy King bed. This large room has two windows, mid-century side tables with USB and charging outlets for your devices. It has a 42 inch Roku TV and a walk-in closet. (There's a number of full length mirrors available if needed to get ready for wedding.)
++Primary King Bathroom++
The bedroom leads into the big bathroom with 2 separate sinks with new faucets and farmhouse mirrors and lights. Wait until you try the NEW custom spa shower with rain head faucet and wall jets! It has tons of storage in the green cabinets, a vanity with wicker stool and built-in bench with hooks.
++Queen Bedroom++
This bedroom has original hardwoods and white washed shiplap, a queen bed, closet and reading chair with ottoman. One tall window has a view of the large Crepe Myrtle trees outside. It has the original vintage door into the living room and a door into the shared bathroom. Features reading chair and Roku Tv.
++Shared Bathroom++
This bathroom has one door into the queen bedroom and one door into the 3rd twin bedroom. It has a new sink, farmhouse mirror, bath/shower combo and toilet.
++Twin Bedroom++
This bedroom serves as a walk thru into the modern addition at the back of the house. It has an adorable white iron daybed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a twin trundle pull out. There is a desk and chair for any creative writing or work and a big closet and door into the bathroom. There are curtains for the doorways to add privacy.
++Laundry Room++
This happy room has great light through the window. It leads into the wine lounge and into the primary suite area. There is a washer / dryer and sink. Laundry detergent is provided.
Guest access
Guests can access all of the house, except owner's closet that is locked.

The Saint Jo square is within walking distance. Arche Winery is 6 miles away, The Blue Ostrich is 8 miles and 4R Winery is 8 miles. There are lots of fun things in Muenster and Nocona to explore too.
