Lisbon's most photographed street is Rua da Bica de Duarte Belo.
That picturesque street is known for its funicular, the iconic Elevador da Bica that creaks up and down the hill as tourists snap photos. Framing the funicular are pastel-colored houses and the river in the distance, while many of the doors open as hip bars at night.
This flat is at the 4th floor, and from the room window you can see the famous tram going up the Bica, and it is a 3 room flat (antechamber, bed room, living room, plus kitchen and bathroom) in the old part of Lisbon.

Situated a few steps away from the Baixa (Central Lisbon), Chiado and Bairro alto, (nightlife area), the flat is a perfect accommodation for all who need to be close to the sightseeing attractions and trendy lifestyle.
Ideally located with easy access to Lisbon's public transport, this quality riverside accommodation is located close to the famous Bairro Alto.
Baixa Chiado and Cais Sodré subway station and both Rossio or Cais do Sodré Railway Stations are just a short walk from the apartment.
The flat is at a very typical quarter in central Old city, but with all commodities and close to shops, grocery stores, local commerce, as well to bars, restaurants, museums and the riverbank.

The house is perfect, right in the center of the city. Sergio is very helpful
Good, clean, centric
Great location, spacious apartment for two and building with lots of light and character (if you don't mind a very steep, creaky staircase), but unfortunately a few negatives: the apartment is generally run down and old: damp stains everywhere, peeling paint and old windows that are difficult to open and close. Not too clean either. The shower is minuscule, hardly any water pressure and the apartment is freezing cold in January. We had one radiator for the entire apartment when it really needs one in each room. There is no socket in the bathroom and no shower mat (but there is a note from the owners asking people not to leave towels on the floor and not to treat is as a hotel which makes no sense if you're not going to provide even a shower mat - this is basic). Really not a very welcoming, warm apartment away from home which is what we usually expect from an Airbnb. Felt more like a run-down hostel. Think we could have found something much better for the same price. Lastly, the entrance door to the building doesn't close properly or lock which doesn't make it very secure.
disappointment, the pictures in the profile are clearly when the aprtment was clean and fresh...when we arrived we found the apartment dusty and not clean. The apartment was very cold, and there was no heating, as in most places in lisbon. The shower was small and the drainage was wowrking less than optimal.
When we contact the host, we got remind about the rules of the apartment in capital letters, when we contact the host to inform them that our flight was delayed, the phone was off, and later it turned out that the host was on holiday and a delegate opened the door.
Great flat and best location. Walking everywhere. In sumer perhaps too hot ....
Nice appartement in a nice area of lissabon. Great for a short stay in lissabon. :)
Great location, but really primitive. No curtains at the window, slow internet, uncomfortable bathroom with a bad shower.
The owner was really friendly and helpfull. We had not enough blankets but they brought it in 30 minutes.
The flat was ok for 3 persons, for more it is too small.
We've spent few days in Lisbon and it was really great. The apartment is nice, clean, calm and well placed.
We spent two nights at Sergio's apartment in Lisbon. Firstly the location is excellent - all of the main sights are within walking distance and it is very close to bars and restaurants for the evenings. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay in Lisbon. Everything is a bit dated in the apartment and the shower is very small, but everything works OK. The only problem was when sleeping - the main bed is pretty uncomfortable and the curtain is just a sheet, so the lights from the street shine through brightly. This probably won't bother you if you have had a good night out though! The only other problem was the front door to the building - it is quite difficult to shut and it seems like none of the other residents bother to close it. This probably isn't a real issue, but it made us feel a bit insecure in a location we were not familiar with.
Everything cool, zwar sind sieht die Wohnung etwas anders als erwartet aus, so dass die Bilder nicht ganz aussagekräftig sind. Dennoch sauber und genügend Platz für max. 6 Personen.
