Parking for up to 3 cars is available. The property is conveniently located just 3.8 miles from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, 8.5 miles from Crab Island in Destin, and 6.7 miles from Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). A boat ramp is also just 1 mile away for added convenience.

Screened-in Patio/Backyard:
Relax and socialize on the screened-in porch and backyard, complete with a charcoal grill and outdoor games. While smoking is not allowed indoors, guests are welcome to smoke in the backyard area responsibly.
Kitchen:
Our vacation rental in Fort Walton Beach boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, cookware, and utensils for your culinary creations. From toasters to blenders and Rubbermaid containers for leftovers, we've thought of everything. Plus, we provide ground coffee, filters, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, and ample dishwashing detergent for your convenience.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, nightstands, dresser, desk, and a 50-inch wall-mounted TV. The attached bathroom features a walk-in closet and a separate bathing area.
Beach/Outdoor Gear:
We provide folding chairs, an umbrella, and citronella candles for your beach or backyard enjoyment. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to pack your own or purchase them locally.
Living Room/Dining Area:
Relax in our cozy living room with a sofa, loveseat, and a 55-inch smart TV for entertainment. Enjoy board games or step out onto the screened patio and backyard. Gather around the dining table for meals or head outside for cocktail hour.
Guest Bedroom:
The guest bedroom offers two full-size beds, a dresser, end table, and a 32-inch TV. Enjoy the walk-in closet and utilize the guest bathroom with a small shower.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Our bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, professionally laundered sheets, and extra blankets. Each bed is equipped with waterproof, bed bug-proof, and hypoallergenic protectors. Bathrooms come stocked with towels, toiletries, and hygiene essentials.
Laundry/Utility:
Our utility area includes a full-size washer and dryer, along with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your convenience. We also provide ironing essentials and cleaning tools.

Keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze for the whole group! You'll get a unique code just before check-in, which will unlock the Schlage deadbolt. Our guests love not having to worry about keeping up with keys or a key card!
There is a Ring doorbell on the outside of the home. This is for the safety and well-being of you and your group. We do not have cameras inside the home.
