The Space

(2 Bedrooms available)

Visit one of the more beautiful areas of NH and stay on 5 acres of land that borders on the Saco River. Mountain views and a relaxing atmosphere. A large and comfortable room, with a queen size bed with shared bath. If you are interested you may walk or run to the river or ski when there is snow on the ground.

There are chairs and benches for you to sit outside to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

There is camping space available for those who enjoy the outside. ($25.00 per night)

You may use the kitchen and store food in the refrigerator. Tea and coffee are complimentary.

I have detailed knowledge of the hiking and walking trails as well as points of interest and waterfall walks. There is much to see and do in this area. There are many short or long hikes for your pleasure. There are also beautiful drives through the mountain notches.

Massage Therapy is available in house by appointment .For those who are health minded or curious: natural health consultations are available, meditation instruction and CD's, stress control and relaxation therapies and ONDAMED Biofeedback diagnosis and (website hidden)-sessions or comprehensive consultations are available by appointment.

  • Becky (email hidden)e's such a warm and caring person who made us feel so welcome during our 3 night stay here. She is a mine of information regarding the best hiking trails and local knowledge and we saw some stunning views thanks to Becky. Property is really central for everything in the White Mountains and we are already saving for a return trip as soon as possible. Becky is the kind of person who you wish you'd met a lot sooner in life.

  • A charming AirBNB experience. Becky made for a welcoming atmosphere. She was totally open to sit and chat with me, or allow me to retreat to the room for some solitary quiet time. Becky even allowed to take advantage of her magical hands and a massaging expert skills. What a treat! . She was totally accommodating and the room is as clean and cozy as it appears. Hope to return if I'm back in the area and see Becky again!

  • My boyfriend and I stayed at Becky's for a night before a canoeing/camping weekend on the Saco. The location of the house was perfect, the house itself was lovely and Becky (email hidden) - we sat down and chatted over tea In the morning before we left. Great experience, would definitely stay again. Thanks!

  • Staying with Becky in the heart of white mountains was a great experience! She was very hospitable and was very understanding when we ran into some trouble finding her place at night due to bad weather conditions. She is very familiar with the area and gave us the best recommendations for things to do and see in the area. We really enjoyed staying in the White Mountains with Becky!

  • Becky was an excellent host and her home was lovely. She made sure my girlfriend and I were able to get settled in despite being out for the evening, and we found everything we could possibly need in our room. Also, the view from her backyard is beautiful.

    Highly recommended!

  • We stayed with Becky for one night before our visit to the white mountains. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area ... gave us fantastic recommendations for day hikes and breakfast.

Due to a schedule mix up with some family she had in town, we ended up in the room advertised in the second listing, which is a renovated part of the basement. It was adequate given the price (and gracious host) but we would strongly prefer the upstairs bedroom next time.

  • The only thing we regret is that we could stay only one night at Becky’s place! She is a great person, a true hiker, with loads of knowledge about White Mountains. She helped us a lot not only to figure out which trails we should take, but also when she saw us coming back with completely wet shoes  We spent a great evening in her beautiful garden, contemplating sunset over the mountains and telling our different life stories and experiences. The room we slept in was very cozy and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. We also had our own bathroom. The house is situated perfectly for all the White Mountains’ hikes and it has its undeniable charm, kind of a combination of how you can imagine a house near the mountains and Becky’s colorful personality. We loved it!
Becky, thank you for everything, we hope to see you soon again!

  • Becky's place was the perfect spot to spend the night between backcountry skiing at Mt Moosilauke and resort skiing at Sunday River. We booked at the last minute (about 7 hours before we arrived), but communication with Becky was easy and the logistics were smooth.

Our room was cozy, yet had enough room for all our gear. The bed was comfortable and warm, and the night was absolutely quiet and peaceful. Becky was welcoming and we enjoyed our conversations with her. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Local dining recommendations: Flatbreads in North Conway for dinner and the Sweet Maple Leaf Cafe in Conway for breakfast!

  • We had such a lovely stay with Becky. The home/room were clean and very comfortable. Becky had great suggestions of restaurants and activities. We even got $15 ski, boot, and pole rentals by a recommendation from Becky! The home is conventienly located near many attractions. I would highly recommend a stay with Becky!

  • Becky is a wonderfully welcoming host. This was my second time staying with her during an ice climbing trip, and the ability to dry ropes and gear by the stove was extremely helpful. We once again enjoyed excellent conversation and a restful stay. Looking forward to coming back!
