The interior has been completely remodeled with new kitchens, new bathrooms & new furniture.

Tastefully decorated with fashion & functionality in mind, this house features a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and washer/dryer.

The bedrooms have king-sized beds and the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests. As a bonus, every bedroom has its own 65” TV. We also have an outdoor area perfect for gatherings.

This newly remodeled ~1,300 sq ft duplex first floor apartment is located in the heart of Houston and offers 2BR & 1BA. We are walking distance from Houston's best restaurants, shops, and sights.

The open-concept living and dining room is tastefully decorated with a modern-chic design and features a fireplace and plenty of natural light.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts new appliances, classic white cabinets, and white subway tiles.

The bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, TVs, and connected to a 3-piece bathroom with newly remodeled vanities and subway tiles.

The outdoor area is covered and decorated with hanging lights, making it suitable for any weather. It features patio furniture, a picnic bench, and a ping pong table.

Pets are welcome, and the house has gated front and back areas for dogs to play in.
