The Space

A small, cosy apartment in Vesterbro 5 min. from central station. Placed next to the trendy meatpacking district and Istedgade with a very diverse population, organic restaurants, wine bars, galleries, best shopping possibilities, parks and most popular bars and cafés and in walking distance from the center of the city.

Fully furnished apartment, Scandinavian style/design. A small bedroom - that might accomodate a couple, a living room with a daybed that can also be used for sleeping if friends want to share the place, a kitchen and a small but very functional bathroom plus a big beautiful backyard. There is no tv but the apartment is equipped with wifi and DVD's but you will need to bring your own laptop. Sheets and towels are available as well as tee and coffee.

There is a cleaning fee which is mandatory regardless of nights spend: 50$.

For longer stays (a week or more) a discount will be given. There is a laundrette in the same block of the building and it is possible to borrow a keycard to transfer money to the laundrette when staying for longer periods.

  • Iben was a pleasure to communicate with, and was extremely helpful while booking the apartment and throughout my stay.

The apartment itself is lovely, and is certainly one of the main reasons my stay in Copenhagen was so much fun!

It's in a fantastic position - easily within walking distance of grocery stores, cafés, bars, and restaurants. For anything further away, both central station and the metro are only a few minutes walk.

I can definitely recommend staying here, thanks Iben!

  • Iben is such a sweet person, and her apartment is everything I could have hoped for! Upon arriving, Iben helped me get situated in the bright and lovely apartment and find key spots in the neighborhood. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the Central Station and downtown, with all necessities immediately accessible from the apartment. It is also very easily accessible from the airport.

The size is perfect for a single traveler, or a couple, and the neighborhood was colorful and diverse, and I found some of my favorite restaurants just around the corner in the vibrant Meatpacking District.

Iben and her apartment are highly recommended!

P.S Don't forget to check in at the new Airbnb office in Copenhagen, an office full of friendly and helpful folks!

  • Iben's flat is mere blocks from the central station and in an interesting neighborhood in Copenhagen with some of the best restaurants.

She was a great host and her apartment is lovely. It's spare and compact and has a true Danish design feel. The bathroom is quite tiny, but typical for Europe. It's spotless with a fully equipped kitchen.

We only saw Iben to get the keys but she gave us recommendations and was available if we needed her.

  • I had an amazing time in Copenhagen and this apartment totally helped with that! Iben was very easy to communicate with and the apartment was a perfect fit for one. She even recommended a great place to rent a bike and let me use her helmet! The location was amazing - right by all the trendy bars, clubs and good food, a quick walk downtown and super close to the train station.

  • The flat was in a great location, close to cafes and restaurants in the meat packing area. A quick 10 minute walk gets you to central Copenhagen and all of the tourist attractions.

Iben was lovely and provided everything you need to feel at home.

  • My first time staying via airbnb and it couldn't have been better. Iben's place is really lovely and she's quite the wonderful hostess (she went shopping to make sure there was something in the fridge). Perfect place from which to explore all that Copenhagen has to offer. Not only are the aesthetics of her apartment very warm and cozy but it's also quiet and very relaxing...
