It is a nice 4 bedroom apartment (1 double bed, 1 twin, and 2 single bed rooms), basically furnished, beds with good or new mattresses, tables, chairs, wardrobes, 2 TV sets and Internet access. In the kitchen there is a gas stove, fridge, sink and a lot dishes. Bathroom does have a window, a bath tub and shower in the bath tub.
Please do not worry if the calendar is telling "no vacancy". I am organizing the booking of many different apartments all over Frankfurt and it should be possible to find the best location for you as well. Please tell your requirements and where you want to go to every morning and I will reply with a map and schedule how to commute.
Please book this apartment or a room in the apartment only if you stay longer than 3 nights.
After a short 3 minutes walk there is a tram station for line 15 & 16. Every 5 minutes you can go to Sachsenhausen. Every 10 minutes there is a direct line to Messe Frankfurt, passing by main station.
Right in front of the the house there are many parking slots, also fine for vans.
Special issue ... my guest will be able to get 2 membership cards of the fitness studio (gym) "Fitness First" with Finnish sauna, steam sauna & swimming pool. Please do not forget your sportswear & swimming things. Please ask for additional sauna towel when you are booking.
There are various supermarkets. Please look at the overview I gave one of my pictures.
If you arrive late in the evening and you need some food. like you can send a shopping list of food you would like to find in the fridge. The room maid / concierge will present the balance of the supermarket and 5 Euro for delivery only. In any case you can help yourself - if you come from the airport or main station you pass by many supermarkets which are open until (phone number hidden) or 24.00 hrs. At main station there are many ethnic supermarkets which offer food from all over the world and the way you are used to. They also offer cheap prepaid calling cards to save high rooming costs in Germany. Please ask if you need more information.
My guests can ask for a membership card to go to a gym called FitnessFirst (please choose on of various locations in Frankfurt on the Internet) having fun for free for your weekly work out, sauna or use the indoor swimming pool. Solarium and massage must be booked and paid on site.
There is a washer (washing machine) and dryer in the basement. I prefer to start both because another guests "miss-used" and damaged my tools before. There will be a small fee for using it.
If you like to book a cook for having supper or somebody who serves breakfast please ask.
Sometimes airbnb does not calculate the correct price although my pricing rule seems look easy to me. The first person in a room is 27 or 45 Euro (normal rate or during major fairs). The second person in a room is always 24 Euro. Please ask me for a special price if you are not coming to visit the fair and if you are planning to stay longer than a week.
Please feel at home and you will know what is allowed. If you imagine you would do or avoid to do for your guests it is the best house manual.
If there is a need to get access to the room before 11.00 am I have to keep the room available for you one additional night. After 09.00 hrs you can ask to meet me to store your luggage but the room you booked might not be ready to host you so early.
Peter is a really kind and nice man! He was helpful with our parcel and our arrival, trying to get to us though I run out of money in my cell, giving us all the information and picking us up at the station . The heating.was broken and he immediately change it to a new one.
25 minutes tram directly to the HBF train station and a few minutes more to the Messe. This is very convenient for us. The house has everything we need.
Really appreciate the stay.
At first, I had some problems with the apartment as I requested Private apartment/whole unit. But Peter offered me the perfect place for me.
The apartment I stayed was in Offenbach area, which close to shopping area and subway stations (about 10min walk).
Only my problem in there was bad connection for the internet...
As for me internect connection was very important so... if you need good internet connection, please check with him. -Peter has some units and he helps you a lot!
But overall, my stay in Offenbach was confortable!
Peter is an easy to go person and a good host. He is very helpful and overall it was a good experience staying at his place.
10 from 10... From the first second that I arrived in the accommodation I've felt like in home, Esther(the girl that works with Petter) she was really kind with me, and she gave all the information that I've need. I have no complaints, the room was really nice, the house also, very good location.
I'm 100% sure that When I come back to Frankfurt I will be at Peter's accommodation.
Peter is a very nice man. I booked 4-6 beds but 1 kitchen bath only, however ,Peter offered me a free upgrade to "1 to 5 guests will feel at home＂where is nearer to the city center. The transport is very convenient via S-bahn and the strassenbahn. He even helped me to bring the luggage upstairs,（3rd floor,no lift)
As said by some visitors, the footsteps of the neighbor upstairs were (website hidden) was no hurt to me because I always sleep well.I would like to mention that the room light was a little bit weak.(but so far I've stayed in other 4 airbnb places and it was the same problems.)
All in all, I recommend this convenient apartment.
Peter was very kind and showed us directly the apartement. He gave us another apartement that the one we booked. We got the "1 to 5 guests will feel at home" appartement. The apartement was listed under "whole apartement" even though another person slept there. But the person only came to sleep, so it was ok. Instead we got W-Lan :)
The badroom and the kitchen where very clean. It was all there in the kitchen so you can cook. Our room was also very clean. The beds were comfortable and we had a small tv device :)
The apartement was very central. You must walk 4 Minutes to the S-Bahn and with that you are in 3-4 Minutes in the city center.
Only criticism: The neighboor upstair was loud. Doesnt matter if it was 11 pm or 3 am. She was noisy and it felt like she was walking around. She also likes to go from the 4th floor to the cave at 4am with high heels... But it was perfect with earplugs.
We would book again but we would better clarify, that we want the apartement only for us. Even it was nice meant that we were so central and we thank for this, we were still a little confused about our roommate. But it was ok :)
But as i said, Peter was very very kind and a good person. He showed us all and he was also there on time. We wish you a good new year 2014 :)
