Nicole's place is great for a short stay. Its just across the way (via a walking bridge) from the old/historic district and close to various shops and such. We were able to find parking directly in front of the building, but it seems as though it would be very hit and miss, and probably very difficult to find during the high season. The area was a bit noisy at times, due to loud people walking by or standing around outside, but it wasn't bad. Overall it's a nice place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the old town.

Had a lovely week in Zadar and used Nicole's apartment as a base, as we travelled to explore other parts of Croatia. It was clean and tidy and had everything you need and is perfectly positioned, a 5 minute walk to the bridge into old town. It was quiet and had parking places for our hire car.

Really good base for exploring Zadar, 10min walk into old town. Apartment was spacious and easy to find from Nicole's directions. Nicole showed us how to get to a great island just off the mainland which turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay in Zadar. Would recommend staying here as its very good value for money.

The apartment was very spacious and in a great location just outside the city walls so also really close to reputable car hire companies and the bus service. Nicole was friendly and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend as a good value place to stay in Zadar.

Hi i'm Nicole, At our place you can expect peace & quiet and a quick response if you'll be needing anything as we live on the top floor of the building where the apartments are. We don't travel much but when we do it's either Venice or any of many croatian natural treasures so were good with tips on what to visit. Have a nice day!
