The Lost Pearl is an amazing 5 BD/3.5 BA beach home in the quiet upscale Royal Sands Beachfront Community in Port A. Excellent beach access (3 minute walk) via the community boardwalk that is also golf cart accessible. House is fully equipped, as well as beach toys with wagons provided for easy transport of gear to beach! The Lost Pearl is a wonderful place to bring family or friends and just kick back and relax! The space
The Lost Pearl is a spacious 2100 square foot beach house nested in the family friendly Royal Sands Beachfront Community conveniently located in Port Aransas, Texas. At the Lost Pearl, you can experience the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico in an upscale beach community residence and avoid the hustle and bustle of an in town rental. Port Aransas is only a short golf cart ride down the beach to enjoy entertainment, dining and shopping. Best of all, the beach is even closer! The Lost Pearl offers excellent beach access with a quick 3-minute walk to golf cart accessible boardwalk/. The Lost Pearl is the sought after retreat for the entire family, ladies weekend or for a group of your favorite friends!
This amazing beach house includes 5 BR/3.5 BA and an open floor plan that comfortably sleeps 14 and includes high speed internet access with WIFI. Access to the Royal Dunes Community Pool is conveniently located directly behind the home. Two additional community pools and hot tub available.
The Lost Pearl’s main living area is located on the upper level and features tasteful seaside décor creating a calming relaxing atmosphere. As you enter the open concept floor plan you experience the inviting large living area with full leather sofa, leather love seat with recliners, coffee table, and oversized leather recliner. Under the coffee table you will find seagrass baskets filled with cozy couch throws to snuggle up on the sofa. We know everyone has devices that need charging, right? We got you covered with our multi-device charging station conveniently located in the living room that can handle 6 devices simultaneously. The living area is perfect to unwind and visit while also enjoying the huge flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. The living room features double glass doors that exit to the top deck which provides a spacious outdoor experience. Take the coastal breeze in or simply take a peek over the dunes for a glimpse of the Gulf! Sit on the deck at the comfy conversation set in the morning with your favorite coffee or beverage and enjoy the coastal sunrise. Better yet, grab that Joe and take a stroll over the boardwalk and sit in the sand and watch the sun come up!
The open kitchen allows for chatting while meal prepping keeping you in all the action. The kitchen features an upscale feel with granite countertops, assorted beach related décor throughout. The stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, kitchen disposal in sink and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials (plus some) including all the dishware you need, utensils, pots and pans, assorted cookware, grilling utensils, a separate beverage refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, classic style coffee pot, and by all means don’t miss the Hammered Copper Cocktail Set at end conclusion of your day or maybe the Frozen Margarita Machine! The kitchen barstools offer seating for 4, and the adjoining dining room has seagrass dining chairs and may seat up to 8 (6 currently with two additional dining chairs stored in the master suite if needed). A ½ bath is conveniently located directly adjacent the living room and kitchen area.
The Master Suite offers an amazing spa like experience. The décor features a tranquil coastal experience with the water filled cave photos. The suite offers a fluffy king size bed, dresser, two nightstands and TV with streaming capabilities. The master bath is a huge full bath and feels luxurious. The self-contained jetted spa tub has a quaint seashell side table to sit your favorite beverage while you enjoy the spa. The bath also features a huge walk-in multi jet rainfall shower and double vanity. The master bath is decorated with a coastal beach flare and intertwined with a classy mermaid theme and authentic seashells.
The Coral Reef bedroom offers a full size bed, dresser, and TV equipped with streaming capabilities. The décor compliments the coral beach theme bedding and provides spacious relaxation for two guests. The Coral Reef shares a jack-n-jill style full bath with the Flip Flop Bunk House. The full bath offers a large multi jet rainfall shower and double vanity.
The Flip Flop Bunk House is decorated with aquatic fish photos, seagulls flying over the bunks, surfboards, and fishnets with authentic seashells. The entertainment center includes a small TV with DVD and VHS player, as well as an I-Phone Connector to stream video to TV if desired. An assortment of children appropriate DVD’s and VHS tapes are provided as well as various board games for entertaining the kids. The Flip Flop Bunk House sleeps 4, with a top twin bunk, full size mattress below, and an extra twin trundle beneath. This room was designed with children in mind, but adults will fall in love with the colorful coastal theme as well. (Top bunk should not be used for adults, only the full size bed or trundle.)
A washer and dryer are provided on the upper level for guest use.
The Seaside Cottage is located on the ground floor and provides a cozy retreat. The Cottage is perfect for the guests in the group that need a bit more privacy or would be perfect for guests who may have physical limitations that limit their ability to climb stairs. The Cottage is also well suited for a family unit where the parents can be close to children. The Cottage includes two sleeping areas with a comfortable seating area and full bath. The main sleeping area is tastefully decorated with a seashell and coral theme and features a comfy queen bed, and TV with steaming capabilities for your viewing enjoyment after a long day on the beach! The Cottage has a roomy seating area with a leather sofa for relaxing, coffee table and a mini-fridge for your convenience and offers a full bath. Adjoining the main sleeping area in the Cottage, is the Shark Bunkroom! The Shark Tank Bunkroom is a fun filled room designed with children in mind and decorated with whimsical sharks, whales, and surfboards with ocean themed nautical gear. The Shark Tank Bunkroom sleeps 4, with a twin on top bunk, full size mattress below, and an extra twin trundle beneath. This room is perfect hide out for the kids! (Bunks are study enough for adults (175 lb limit on top bunk.)
Outside, you will find a relaxing breeze way with a picnic table, ceiling fan, and an outdoor shower to rinse those sandy toes. A charcoal grill is provided as well as grilling accessories.
The main garage is accessible for guests, providing additional parking space as well as an abundance of beach toys, boogie boards and other beach items that may be used. Parking for 4 cars is provided, and additional overflow parking available next door at the Royal Dunes Pool as well as additional overflow near boardwalk, with trailer parking possible.
