This apartment, completely restored in April 2009, is located in Via dei Coronari, one of the most ancient streets in Rome, at walking distance from the most beautiful and important historical sites such as Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Piazza Campo dei Fiori, Trevi Fountain. Opened in 1475, by Pope Sisto IV, to allow pilgrims to reach Saint Peter's Basilica without passing through the labyrinth of alleys. Nowadays via dei Coronari is a pedestrian street, still famous because of the antique shops. The area is also full of restaurants, bars, coffee and ice cream shops. The quiet and bright apartment/studio (50 sq mt), elegantly appointed with modern and antique furniture, is located at the first floor (no elevator, second American) of a XVI Century building. It is made of an entrance hall, the bedroom area and a living area with sofa bed for an extra guest and armchairs, the fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. The apartment has soundproof windows, air conditioning, washing machine, free internet wi-fi access and mobile phone.

A marvelous apartment in the very center of Rome. It is nice looking, clean, warm, there are many shops and cafes around. An additional bonus is there you can find everything you need for cooking - tableware, pans, frying pans, cutlery, etc.
We spent 4 nights during the month of December in this apartment. It has been a fantastic experience. The apartment has everything you need and the location is perfect for walking anywhere, do not use public transport.
The street on which the apartment is full of antique shops, a supermarket 50 meters and if you want a good coffee before a lovely bar. As Christmas was adorned street and nothing was heard virtually no noise in the street.
The delivery of the keys was perfect, and Gabriella and Fabiano solved our transportation from the airport.
I recommend it.
Fantastic apartment in a perfect location. Close to everything, safe neighborhood, best gelateria only 5 meters from the door, and some restaurants only 2 blocks away.
Fabio received us on the apartment, we were checking in late, explained everything and handed the keys.
The apartment has everything you need to cook if you want (we didn't), and there's a supermarket right in front of the place.
The washing machine was a huge plus too.
We will recommend this place to all our friends visiting Rome.
Gabriella's apartment was great. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. It was wonderful having our our own private space in such a great location. We were greeted by Fabiano who was very nice and he clearly explained the use of the apartment. They even arranged transport from the airport which made getting there effortless. Unfortunately the driver was 15 minutes late for our departure so we caught a cab at the nearby Plaza Navarone - no big deal. Literally within walking distance to everything. Overall, this was a great place to stay and a good deal. My only criticism is it can be a little too noisy from the street activity although my wife didn't mind.

The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Rome to visit every thing in walking distance, good restaurants, grocery nearby, bars and more. Gabriella is very friendly and helpful host. She responded to e-mails very quickly. We (2 people) stayed for 19 nights and we felt at home in another city. I highly recommend this place and once again thanks to Gabriella and tanks for the hospitality.
This apartment was great and perfectly located for getting around in the historical centre.
The apartment was nicely furnished and and well equipped (microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, wi-fi etc) and also suitable for a family with a baby.
The only minor flaw is the noise within the house and from the street during the night and early morning.
The flat is in great condition and in the most perfect location for exploring Rome. Gabriella was an outstanding hostess who communicated effectively and arranged everything superbly for my arrival. She also provided us with the name of her favourite pizza place in Rome, which turned out to be some of the best food of our trip.
Gabriella's lovely cousin was there to greet me at the apartment and was incredibly helpful, and she also gave us some great food tips.
I am desperate to return to Rome in the near future, and if I am lucky enough to do so, I hope to stay here again.
Thanks for a lovely stay.
It is an excellent location for a Rome City-trip. The flat is perfectly proper, spacious and its equipment is on a 5-star Hotel level (the bed, the air con, the fridge and freezer, the Geberit bathroom stuff, the washing machine, etc.). In addition, one of the best coffee shops I have seen in years is just opposite the door and there is a small supermarket about 100 m close. Finally, in order to explore Rome's highlights by walking - this is the perfect spot on the city map.
Communication and contact with the host (and her cousin) was very charming and absolutely reliable.
Overall: I'll be back as soon as I can.
The appartment was absolutely stunning and cosy! Me and my wife stayed there for one month, since we visited a Italian language course in a school nearby. Gabriella and her cousin Fabiano are the perfect hosts. Everything was clean, well organized and if there was a problem, it was taken care of right away. The location of the studio is absolutely perfect. Located in the "Centro storico" all attractions like Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo dei fiori, Piazza Venetia and the Colosseum are within walking distance. Many cute bars and stores are located within the via dei Coronari. We would recommend the host as well as the appartement anytime! Thanks Gabry and thanks Fabiano, ci vediamo dopo!
A lovely apartment two doors from the best gelato in Rome, if not the world. We went with our 14 year-old son. The second bed is not obvious in the photos, but it folds down from a freestanding room divider and was very comfortable for him. For three people, there's no real privacy, but it certainly worked. The location is unbeatable. If you have a car, be aware that you can't drive on Via dei Coronari. But who'd want a car in Rome? The shower would be cramped for a large person, but works beautifully. We loved it!
