Comfortable and perfectly located for exploring the city’s historic streets, cafés, and attractions on foot.

The space
The kitchen may be compact, but it’s fully equipped with all the essentials - including a coffee machine, basic spices, tea, coffee, sugar, and cooking oil.

The dining area features a large table for six, perfect for shared meals or relaxed gatherings.

There are two bright, spacious bedrooms, each with a TV, air conditioning, a work desk and a cozy armchairs or sofa. The bathroom is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A touch of history:
The building still has its charming original 1930s elevator, preserved parquet floors, and in one bedroom, an authentic 1930s tiled stove (no longer functional) that adds a unique vintage character.
