Cosy room in Montmartre for 2 p.

Apartment - Private room · Rue Damrémont, Paris, Île-de-France 75018, France

The Space

The apartment is located in a typical Parisian Haussmann building. It is 55 m² and has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and separate WC. The rental room is approximately 12 m² and has a bed for 2 people, a desk and storage. You can use the kitchen to prepare your breakfast or cook. There is a fridge, an oven and a stove. There is a wifi connection. The living room has a balcony with a table and chairs. As you can see on the pictures, the flat is full of colours, it gives a warm atmosphere.

A perfect location to visit Montmartre and Pigalle district with its famous Moulin Rouge. The apartment is located in a busy shopping street (bakery, chocolate shop, french cheese shop, florist, library, restaurants ...) with a real Parisian neighborhood life. There is many bars where you can have a drink. One of the best bakery of Paris is downstairs, I advise to have a look and taste its "patisseries" and "croissants"! The closest subway station is Lamarck-Caulaincourt, line 12. It allows you easy access to various tourist attractions in Paris (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter ...). I can advise you of course! I can speak English, Spanish and Portuguese so feel free! :-)

  • We had a very nice stay in Paris.
The apartment is cozy, perfectly located just minutes from the subway and amazing boulangeries..
Soumia and Bjorn were great hosts, always quiet, polite and respectful.
Its a shame that we did not have enough time to share more of our time during the stay.
    Already missing Paris.

  • Our stay with Soumia and Björn was great. They are amazing host who made our visit to Paris as comfortable as possible. When we arrived in Paris early, Björn even gave us directions to his workplace so we could pick up the key right away and did not have to wait till one of them was back home. They provided us with bedsheets and towels. When we didn't know where to go for dinner and drinks the first evening, Björn gave us great advice. To sum it up, we really enjoyed our trip to Paris and Soumia and Björn were a big part of it as we felt very welcome in their home! Again, thank you so much, Soumia and Björn! You were lovely hostes!

  • This house is a little romantic and quiet place in full noisy centre of the city. It's 10 minutes on foot to Sacre Coeur and 15-20 minutes far from all the touristic attractives by metro (railway).
Only one bad thing: the toilets, very very little.
The hosts are very nice and friendly and, a very good thing for us, we could use the kitchen (after many days without pasta...we cooked it for lunch!) Chiara e Gianluca

  • Soumia and Bjorn are great hosts. They are very friendly and helpful.
Their place is warm and comfortable. The room is quiet big and sunny. And the location is perfect. It's very close to metro station (5 min walking) and also to the Scare Cour.(10 min walking)
It was a great little trip for me and if I go Paris again, I definitely wanna stay at Soumia and Bjorn's place.
    Hopefully see them again...

  • Staying with Soumia and Bjorn is like staying with friends for the week! They are both kind and friendly and are genuinely interested in getting to know you! They were very helpful about getting about the city and always wanted to know how my time in Paris was going. Their place is away from the main touristy Montmartre area- (although it is within walking distance) so if you want to walk out onto the street and feel like a local, this is the place to stay! I would most definitely stay there fact staying there made my Paris stay even more amazing! Thanks!! xx

  • I had a great stay at Soumia's place! She was on vacation when I arrived but had someone staying there in her place and she gave him all the information to make sure I felt at home! Her friend also spoke highley of Soumia while she was gone. Her place is so cute, cozy and clean, and her cat was adorable. It was also so well (email hidden) Montmartre, but in the quieter, more residential area. When I come back to Paris I will definitely request Soumia's apartment again!

  • The stay at Soumia's appartement was nice and comfortable and Soumia and her boyfriend Bjørn are both very kind and helpful. The location is really great and the hammack in the bedroom is just perfect to lie in after a long day of exploring in the city. :)

  • The appartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. The room was well equiped with clean sheets and towels included in the prize. The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood, with many cafees, restaurants and small shops. There was a large flea/antique market during weekends just behind the corner. The occupants were very friendly and everything went fluent! We (me and my boyfriend) stayed at Soumia's place for three nights, but could have spent a whole week there! Would definitely recomend this place for all my friends. If you are wery allergic to cats, then this place is propably not your first choise, but even my boyfriend, who is a bit allergic, did not have any symptoms.

Soumia: Urban planner and anthropologist by training, I work in the construction of social housing in Montreuil. My free time is largely monopolized by the music because I am a percussionist in two groups of Brazilian music. I adore documentaries and travel. Björn: To my profession I am hydrogeologist. My origin is swedish but I live in Paris since january 2013. I love travels, good food and drinks. I am passionate for music, particularly brazilian. When I dont work I go to concerts, play brazilian percussions, climb or do activities in the nature. I prefer taking the bicycle from taking the metro, I like to watch documentaires and films. I am interested in odd things, architecture and art.
