My apartment is only 100 meters from the famous Prague Castle and about 300 meters from the world-famous Charles Bridge, an unbeatable location in the center. It is located even on the historic "Royal Trail" leading to all the beautiful buildings in the old town such as "Museum of Decorative Arts", "St. Nicholas Church" etc around. Also, Maly Budha, a great vegetarian restaurant, several traditional Czech restaurants and pubs are just within steps on the same street. Public transportation is also excellent-Tram No. 26 goes to Devicka, The Main Train Station, Zizcov area(Yuppy Town)and Tram No.22 goes to the new town(Mustek, Vinohrady etc)
If you want a quiet and clean 4 star place in the city center for the price of a one star hotel room, look no further. This is it!!!!

Great location all the way up hill very close to castle - but 45 minute walk from Old Town Square. (Trams help the situation.) Nice restaurants very near. Ben KIm nowhere to be found but Roman, the owner, was there one of the 4 days.Shower head broken - must hold it - requested fixing daily to no avail. TVS - one in each room - do not work at all - promises to fix untrue. Whole place a bit tattered. No hot water one morning, .With all that, a good value and Roman found a great cab driver for us and sent him to airport for pick-up. .
Please accept my apology as I was out of town during your stay. My partner, house manager Roman usually takes good
care of my guests whenever I am not available. The boiler had an electrical problem and we fixed it right away the next day.
The TV work but the remote controllers might have been a problem. Roman must have forgotten to tell you to turn on the TV manually. Anyway, if you come back again in the next 10 years, we will give you free breakfast for your family on the first and last day of your next visit in Prague. Cheers!! Ben
Hi, we had a great time in Prague. The flat is ideally situated, so close to the Charles Bridge and the amazing Castle. All went well and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in Ben's Apartment in Uvoz. Parking was o.k., it is one of the busiest places in the city. Prague is great, amazing and simply gorgeous. Highly recommended! Any time again. Ben was very helpful and friendly. We felt truly welcome.
We never got to meet Ben, but the rest of the staff was helpful and kind. The place is in a great location, minus beind in the middle of a very tall hill. The apt was clean and fit our needs as advertised. Overall a good place to stay in Prague.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
A most convenient place to stay in Prague. The apartment met our needs; comfortable beds, clean with couple of pubs & cafes right next door. Not the most user-friendly kitchen but we did not prepare any meals there. Our host, Roman, was the best!
Good price and good location right below the Prague Castle (Hrad). Short walk to the very large park on Petrin hill, Strahov Monastery, and other excellent sights. The 2 bedroom apartment we rented was spare, but functional. The staff were friendly. There was a problem with leaky ceiling--some water running down the wall--which I hope they will get fixed quickly. There is free parking, but it is public, on-street parking 900 meters up the hill. Worked fine for us--some extra exercise the few times we needed to use the car. On the whole, we enjoyed our two week stay in the apartment. I'm not sure you could find a better deal so close to the Castle.
Ben's apartment in Prague was FANTASTIC to say the least. Spacious, very clean and ideally situated RIGHT NEXT to Prague Castle! AND the little pub next door was GREAT as well. His friend, Roman was a great guy and was extremely helpful. He even drove us to the airport when we left for a fair price! We will not hesitate to rent this place again!
Ben's apartment is nice, quiet, and in a great area of Prague. There are several small shops and restaurants within steps of the apartment. The flat was clean and well-appointed, no bad surprises. Paul, a very knowledgeable Canadian, met us to give us the keys. Everything went smoothly and we would recommend the apartment.
