The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from downtown Houghton, to the MTU campus, to Lake Superior and its agates in this large, centrally located property. The house is meant to be a vacation home with its wide hallways, generously sized bedrooms, and wrap-around porch to enjoy the U.P. summer evenings. While we are still in the process of getting it ready, this beauty will be fabulously furnished. Since the property is in town, the mosquitoes won't carry you away either.

The space
With a large entryway, the first floor boasts a kitchen, washer/dryer, 3/4 bathroom, 1 bedroom, and a combination living and dining area large enough for everyone to hang out together and play games or watch some TV. The second floor has the remaining 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The hallways are wide and the wood trim is beautiful throughout. There is a ramp leading to the wrap-around porch so someone with a walker can easily get inside and have fun with everyone else.
