The space
The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 attached single apartment, each with its own unique bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared as well as the beautiful outdoor veranda with a 180 ° view over the valley.
It seats 35/40 and enjoys a fantastic view of the estate which includes a golf course and a private pond and. Nearby there is a small spring of water, where meditation and yoga retreats are usually done.

The silence is absolute and it is a true immersion in the nature of the Julian Pre-Alps. The chalet is suitable for events, celebrations, team building or yoga retreats, or simple family and group holidays.
