Absolutely brilliant! Alessia's BnB is my home away from home.
She is extremely kind, helpful nice and overall a brilliant host.
The pictures accurately depict the BnB.
Her cakes in the morning is just one of the many ways that she makes you feel welcome.
She was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend that you stay with her!
Excellent stay; perfect location; friendly host; very clean room with private bath and own balcony... Highly recommended!
We stayed in three different AirBNB properties in Italy over the last two weeks and this was by far the best. This was hosted by the owner and I think that makes a big difference. She is proud of what she offers and she should be. Very clean, very well put together, plenty of towels, TVS, and home made goodies for breakfast. Unlike the other places we stayed where you would meet a host one time and never see them again, Alesia, who is a delightful person, is there to help you with anything if you need it. I give it stars and we will be back. Also much to explore in Perugia.
Posizione davvero ottima, accoglienza impeccabile e grande disponibilità da parte dei proprietari. Esperienza eccellente! Grazie daniela s
It went so far beyond my expectations.
The location is very convenient, near the city center. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was so delicious, especially the great brownies and the coffee. Alessia and Enrico are truly wonderful hosts. I came to Perugia for taking Italian course. Alessia was always patient and explained clearly the Italian words i didn't know and Enrico helped me enrich my Italian vocabulary. They even helped me carry my heavy luggage to my new rental place and also to find pizza making workshop as I am interested in making authentic Italian pizza. Thank you Alessia and Enrico for a lovely B&B experience. I really appreciate your kind hospitality and help.
I wish you many more years of success in your outstanding business!
It was a real pleasure to meet Alessia at her lovely flat in Perugia! She and her husband Enrico made me very welcome and I enjoyed their true Umbrian hospitality. The flat is in the old city center and while very modern inside, retains the original architecture and charm.
Everything was within walking distance, and the flat (with its own, very clean bathroom) was quite comfortable.
Alessia and Enrico went beyond what would be expected from my first airbnb experience and I have no problem recommending La maison Alessia to everyone. I came as their guest, but left as their friend. I know I will return to Perugia, and will be calling them to book there again.
