Casa Del Frio (16 guest max) is a 4 bdrm/4.5 bath 2521sq ft home in Concan, Tx off CR350/1 mile from the Frio River at Magers Crossing/4 miles from Garner State Park. Each bedroom welcomes 4 guests, has a private entry away from the main lodge/full bath/ceiling fan/thermostat. All rooms open to a covered porch with spectacular views. 2 bdrms have 2 queens. 2 bdrms have 1 queen/2 twins. NO BED LINENS/PILLOWS/TOWELS PROVIDED. The main lodge with its spacious kitchen is great for gathering.

The space
Casa Del Frio has been a favorite gathering place near the Frio River for many years. You will love the privacy and abundant space it provides. Many wonderful memories have been made at Casa Del Frio.

Guest access
There will be a lock box with keys upon arrival. The code to access the keys will be sent to you in a message a day or more before arrival. You and your guests will have access to the entire lodge and 4 bedrooms.

We are the proud owners of Hilltop Haven. You will notice when you walk in the door it feels like home away from home. Ronnie was adopted at birth and began a long search for his birth mother many years ago. We were fortunate to locate her in Kerrville in 2019. It is a wonderful story we love to share. We have always enjoyed the Texas Hill Country so were fortunate to invest in the area and create a welcoming retreat for our guests.
