Kitchen - Fully stocked USEBABLE kitchen with the BEST items; All Clad/Viking cookware, stainless steel utensils, salad spinner, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, blender, etc.

TV - Netflix and other streaming services already connected

Sleep - Sound soothers are provided.

Bedding - 100% Cotton - 400 Thread Count Sheets! No sweaty polyester! and in the winter, down blankets!

Jet bath tub!

ACs in both rooms AND living room!

I made this place for me and hope you enjoy it too.

STEPS away from the farmers market, tubing, Howelson Hill, eateries, shopping, breweries, green park, library etc!. Location can NOT be beat.

Note: Limited time special due to new management. Similar units in same building going for much more with no ACs. Will not last forever. Reach out with any questions!

Master bedroom has a king size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a built in loft above with new more comfortable mattress. One assigned parking spot.

Other things to note
Even though there's a pooch in the picture, the HOA does not allow pets. Sorry!
