Having en suite bathrooms in every bedroom is a true highlight of this home. This home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a modern en suite bathroom. We also provide a large fifth, full bathroom by the pool for added convenience. Every bathroom is a testament to luxury, featuring full-length touch screen mirrors with stunning LED frames, rainforest shower heads and or higher pressure shower heads and body jets, floating vanities, and frameless glass shower doors. In the primary bedroom's bathroom, you'll discover the ultimate relaxation spot – a freestanding soaking tub. It's truly great to have en suite bathrooms in every bedroom, ensuring that personal comfort and privacy are always a priority.
Get the most restful sleep on our brand new, cozy mattresses, complete with comfy sheets and bedding, and plenty of extra blankets. Every room has large spacious closets (3 rooms have full walk in closets) with midcentury dressers and plenty of room to unpack. Each room also comes with two luggage racks, per room.
Indoor Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you'd expect such as a double door fridge, freezer, double oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, etc. Other items include: Kitchen utensils. Cutlery. Sharp knives with knife block, glassware and dinnerware, pots, pans, servings dishes, cutting blocks, glass Tupperware, children’s dinnerware, etc. Do you need a special item for the kitchen? Ask us! We probably have it!

Each bedroom and both living rooms have large Samsung Smart TVs with streaming services, so everyone can enjoy watching their favorite show or movie.
Heating and Cooling
The upper level and lower level of the home both have separate smart thermostats. Due to the size of the home we have two large central air conditioning systems. The entire home stays nice and cool in the summer and also nice and warm during those cooler desert nights. We also have overhead fans in each of the bedrooms.
Washer & Dryers
The home comes with TWO sets of front loading washer and dryers. Staying at a home with two sets of washer and dryers comes in handy, especially when you have a pool and extra guests. One set is located in the master bedroom closet. The other set is located in the laundry room adjacent to the pool. We supply plenty of laundry detergent pods and bleach for you. Place the laundry detergent pods directly in the laundry drum for the best clean. *Tip: To quickly wash pool towels for you and your guests, use the quick wash feature.
Indoor and outdoor and Fire Place
The outdoor fire pit comes in handy in the cool evenings. It is a great place to sit with your friends and family and chat or gaze at the stars. The indoor fire place is also super cozy and beautiful in the evenings.

Our home comes equipped with a pack and play crib, high chair, baby gate, walker, children dinner wear, and a Nintendo Switch.

Laundry is located in the primary bedroom and there is an additional laundry room next to the outdoor full bathroom near the pool.
Other things to note
Per ABNB camera guidelines we like to disclose there are security cameras around the exterior only of the house that record video and audio 24/7 As part of our ADT package. Two in front of the house, six on the sides of the house, two in the backyard ( the home is very large / the reason so many cams ) There are no cameras inside of the house. The neighborhood is an upscale, peaceful, picturesque and afluent neighborhood that is easily walkable and fun to walk around and view all the beautiful landscaping and homes. Every morning you will see joggers with their doggies out the front window. The home is completely gated so you can bring your dogs and not have to worry about them getting out of the yard. When we visit we like to walk our doggies to the coffee shop down the street.
