Herb, vegetable & succulent garden, private large outdoor courtyard. Access to a shared laundry and outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.

We are located downtown Encinitas with a train that runs through all the beach towns. The train is on average one time per hour with an occasional horn sound. Also there is some construction nearby as they are building an underpass nearby.

As with first floor dwellings, there are occasional footsteps of upstairs residents.

We are located downtown Encinitas with a train that runs through all the beach towns. The train is on average one time per hour with an occasional horn sound. Also there is some construction nearby as they are building an underpass nearby.

Our monthly rates are based on stays that begin and end either mid-month (around the 15th) or at month’s end (around the 30th). This helps us keep rates lower by avoiding gaps between stays. If your dates don’t align with these cycles, the nightly rate may be higher to cover the extra days.

Given that we are conveniently located in downtown Encinitas, there are general activities that may produce noises. If you are noise sensitive, keep in mind that there is a train and local businesses nearby. The coastal train runs through all the beach towns, on average, one time per hour with an occasional horn sound. In the neighborhood, there is also a landscape material store open from 7am - 3pm. For your comfort, we have triple panel windows and doors, sound therapy machines, and a sound system to help mitigate sound.
