  • Wonderful location and great cottage! This place was everything we hoped. A deck over the water, a great kitchen for cooking, and just off Hwy 1 so you don't hear the cars. The loudest sounds were the birds and the occasional waves lapping against the supports during high tides. It's a lovely spot to feel connected to nature. The location is also just remote enough to feel like you are really away from it all, yet you're just a short drive to Pt. Reyes Station, the oyster farms, Marshall Store, and Nick's Cove. I also brought my bike and really enjoyed riding from the house up and down the coast. And, the hosts are super responsive and nice to deal with. They had great recommendations and really good instructions for the house so everything was super easy.

  • This is a beautiful cottage in a beautiful spot on tomales bay. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 little kids, and were enchanted by both the cottage and location. We got our oysters daily from hog island, went kayaking right out the front door, had lunch at nick's cove, played on the beach at low tide with the kiddies, sat on the porch at night with wine in hand and soaked it all in. All in all, a dreamy and cozy cottage in a perfect spot. Meg was a great host as well! We will be returning!
