The Morning House in Cerdac has traditional layout and discreet modern amenities. The location combines the authentic Romanian in the Neamt area, the charm of the childhood stories spent at the grandparents' and the natural materials it was built with. The cerdac that gracefully adorns two sides of the house, the treehouse, the campfire place, the garden guarded by old trees, the cobbled alleys and the swing in the courtyard are just a few details that I invite you to discover on your own.
The space
Morning House in Cerdac opened its doors in early 2022 and combines the authentic Romanian, the charm of childhood stories spent at grandparents and a special symbolism that can be found in every corner of this location. The house carefully clayed from another time, is located in Piatra Neamt, has a traditional look and discrete modern facilities. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, 8 adults and 2 children, in 7 beds (3 double beds, 2 baby beds and 2 single beds), located in 4 bedrooms. On request, we can supplement with 4 more very comfortable single beds.
The comfort of our guests is enhanced by 4 bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms including one equipped with traditional stove with heated bed and open kitchen, numerous relaxation areas or stories with loved ones. The garden of the house guarded by secular trees will be yours to play with children, to hide from the heat in the summer or to sled on the downhill derdelus when we are lucky to have snow.
Guest access
The house is rented in turnkey together with the garden of over 5000 sqm. We provide:

- Efficient tree with heated bed and oven that remains warm 24 hours from a single fire;
-Coffee, tea, still water and basic spices;

Morning in Cerdac is very easily reached by car from Stada Fortress of Neamt in Piatra Neamt. This is the exit route from the city to Tg Neamt / Suceava. The road is rehabilitated, has 4 lanes of traffic and is well lit at night. Access by car is right from the main road and is via a double wooden gate that opens manually from inside the property. Pedestrian access is via a separate gate operated by the electric lock and also gives in the main road.
The villa is placed in a neighborhood of semi-rural houses and households, with exit to the forest, hills and Cuiejdi Creek. For rides to the creek, forest and hermitage in the hill, you have on the left side of the property a winding street near the fence of twigs.
We have some house rules that please keep in mind when choosing this location:
- The optimal capacity of the house is 10 people, the additional number of people must be agreed in advance with the hosts.
- The Morning House in Cerdac is non-smoking in all areas inside
- No pets allowed inside the house or in the cerdac.
- The house is well phono-isolated, you can listen to music and stories until late hours inside. No noisy parties or music on the speakers near the neighboring houses are allowed.
