Avery was very nice and helpful from the very first message we exchanged. Her house is very tastefully decorated, very cosy and comfortable. The house is perfectly located in the hudson Valley to tour around and minutes away from Rhinebeck charming little village. We have a baby and Avery arranged the whole house for him to find a crib, a high chair, toys and books and have the perfect toddler weekend experience. This was a real plus for us. We will rent again from Avery if she will have us and recommend her home to our friends with no hint of hesitation.
Avery's house is, indeed, lovely! My girlfriends and I were welcomed with a granola, fresh coffee beans and milk - everything we would need to get us going the next morning! Avery checked in to make sure we got in OK and was super responsive when we had questions. We had a wonderful, snowy weekend in the country and I definitely hope to return!
Avery was the most wonderful host. We were greeted with welcome gifts & wine, and went on to spend a lovely weekend in this charming countryside house. Really a treat, and lots of nice stuff to do in the area. Highly recommend it, and I hope to come again!! Thanks Avery!
The house was charming, clean, and a perfect fit for our group of friends! We came o Rhinecliff for a weekend wedding and the house really made our stay memorable, fun, and comfortable. We had no complaints and would stay again in a heart beat.
We had a wonderful stay in Avery's beautifully decorated Rhinebeck home. She was a pleasure to work with scheduling the accommodations, and making the most of our time there. It was also an extremely convenient location to the Amtrack station traveling back to New York City. Thank you, Avery!
Everything was great! Beautiful house and beautiful setting, with a view of the Hudson from the front porch and a lush garden in the back of the house. Also very conveniently located just a few minutes from the center of Rhinebeck. As everyone else had said, Avery was in touch throughout the weekend, checking in periodically to make sure we didn't have any questions.
I definitely recommend!
Our early spring getaway at Avery's home in the Rhinebeck was perfect. The house was clean, conveniently located, and has such a charming antique-modern design. Thanks to Avery's comprehensive neighborhood guide, we had plenty of things to do and see, and knew if a question came up she'd answer any email promptly. It was an ideal little vacation, with plenty outdoor activity and time spent inside. A return visit is definitely a must!
This is a really lovely home. The area is charming and it is really easy to get around. Avery has a very organized manual for the house so everything you need to know is right at your fingertips. She is very thoughtful and helpful in terms of helping you figure out activities to do and recommending places to eat. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay while exploring or relaxing in the Hudson Valley.
We had the most perfect New Years getaway at Avery's adorable, impeccably clean and craftily decorated home in Rhinecliff. Avery is a fantastic host; she sent us the most comprehensive Rhinebeck check list of activities and restaurants, and was extremely communicative and friendly during our stay. Seriously, tops. I can't wait to come back!
Our family and had a perfect Thanksgiving weekend with my parents here. Ahead of our stay, Avery went out of her way to make us feel welcome, even making sure we had the proper cookware for our Thanksgiving dinner and putting out toys and book for my toddler. It's rare to find a host this attentive. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy. The kitchen is awesome. It's an old house that been renovated very nicely with lots of great personal touches. I would not hesitate to recommend Avery's place to to a friend.
