let me present you the listing:
First of all, it is IN THE CENTRE, at Prague 2, just above Charles square, which is very nice and convenient..you can walk to all of the most important sights in no time, 5-10 mins!
You get to Wenceslas square in 5 minutes, or hop on tram no. 22 (just around the corner, goes around every 4 minutes, and has the nicest journey of all trams they say and I confirm that:-)), which takes you to the castle at Lesser town part of the city, when you have a lazy walk day :-)
The place is also close to all 3 metro lines, but you are probably not going to need it :-) You can also walk to waterfront in about 8 minutes, go for a nice walk towards the Charles bridge or the National theatre, or you can just go jogging in the morning! :-)
So basically you never have to use public transport.
Because it is so conveniently located, I do not have to emphasize that shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, and all kinds of services are very near and all around. But still, ask for the closest/best one!
Time allowing, we will also prepare a guide book to our neighborhood :-)
YOUR PRIVATE BEDROOM, as you can see, is light, spacious and very nice.
It is fully equipped, with a folding sofa bed which could accommodate two persons, so it is ideal for a couple, firiends, and of course also for a solo traveller. There is a desk with a chair, a wardrobe with drawers, also some room for hanging clothes, and other little pieces of furniture. The bed folds into a comfortable sofa. (We also have an extra matress just in case.)
THE FLAT has two separate rooms (one private bedroom is the one for you), then there is a living room and a kitchen with a dining area between them, a separate toilet and a bathroom, and a little balcony.
It is rather spacious and very nice and modern, with all the appliances you may need. The kitchen is at your disposal for cooking or just making a cup of coffee..there is dishes, cutlery, cups, a kettle, an oven, a stove, a toaster, a fridge..
You can even do your laundry if you need to, you can naturally use our wi-fi internet, an iron, everything to make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable. What I haven´t mentioned, ask for it, if we have it, we can provide it! :-)
Bathroom and toilet are shared.
It is a non-smoking apartment (regarding that we can discuss a usage of our little balcony :-)) We separate litter, but you don´t have to do it if it is not your cup of tea.
You will have your own set of keys for the main entrance and for the flat, there is no curefew, you may come and go as you please.
So here is what you can expect in a nutshell :-)
a lovely flat with a cosy and clean room for you with:
- clean towels
- fresh bed linen
- free wifi internet
- instant coffee and various types of tea
- salt and pepper, basic seasonings if asked for
- free laundry possibility
- iron and ironing board
- lots of information and maps on sightseeing in Prague and around, and public transportation
- information and hints about our favorite places in Prague to go for a meal, a drink, or go dancing
- a hair dryer and iron
- a fan
Take care and do not hesitate to ask for more information!

Had a wonderful three-day visit in Julia's lovely apartment. It was just as nice and cozy as advertised, well-located near both public transportation and this beautiful city's many attractions. Julia is the perfect airbnb hostess, full of useful tips about where to go, where the locals eat and even where to buy -- if you must -- the best doners (kebabs). A tea drinker, she was nice enough accommodate this American caffeine junkie. Much love. Philip .
Staying at Julia's place is the best airbnb experience that we have ever have. The room is wonderful, nice view, very organized and extremely clean. The apartment is within walking distance from the touristic places, a huge advantage. Julia as a host is simply amazing, she was in contact with us all the time making sure every detail was perfect. She and her boyfriend gave us touristic info, waited for us until we arrived to the apartment, and also share with us some traditional Czech drinks, just perfect! Do yourself a favor and stay in this apartment when you are in Prague, you'll love it.
Julia and Radek are super nice people and really welcoming ! The appartement is really beautifull and close to the metro and the old city. We spent a fantastic weekend in prague and Julia has a lot of very good informations about the city. Highly recommanded !
Staying with Julia was an absolute pleasure, she was welcoming and helpful. The flat is in a brilliant location and was clean and comfortable. If I visit Prague again I would definetly stay here.
Me and my girlfriend were first time to Prague and Julia's and Radek's place was definitely the right choice. First of all they are super nice persons, very hospitable and kind. Julia met as on the street about 11 in the night, and in spite of late time and her next working day she gave us all helpfull information about Prague. She understood witch places we like to visit and marked them on the map (very interesting vegetarian cafeteria, coffee shop Mama Coffee and so on...)) So, we couldn't expected more...The place and the area was very convenient. We easily walked to all the places and sightseeings. So, I would certainly recommend "Nice and cosy room in the centre :)". Julia and Radek - thank you one more time!
The apartment is very clean and cozy.
It's very close to the metro and bus stations.
We had a great time in Prague, thanks to the hosts :D
Julia was extremely welcoming and helpful about what to do in the city. She has a LOT of touristic info.
The apartment was well located, with a tram line a block away, a metro line within 5 uphill blocks, and within walking distance (25 minutes) to the old town square. There is GREAT restaurant around the building called Pivovarský dům, with home-brewed beer and great cooking, and very well priced also.
The room was really clean and spacious, and very confortable too. the mattress is a little hard for our taste, but there are enough blankets to make it less so.
There is no elevator, so try to pack lightly, altough it's only 4 floors.
Julia has a lovely place 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. Her place is clean, bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked to make dinners or just tea/coffee at night. Julia is extremely helpful in helping you navigate Prague and has many recommendations for good places to eat. The train station is only a 20 minute walk away and that was while wearing heavy backpacks! We had a fantastic time in Prague and would definitely stay with Julia again if we return!
Julia's apartment is wonderful: beautifully laid out, welcoming, comfortable. It's in a great location, just a short walk to the water or to the Old Town. Julia was a great host, giving me some excellent recommendations and a warm welcome. Highly recommended!
Julia was the perfect host! We couldn't have asked for a better stay in prague. The room and apartment was lovely, so clean and we always felt welcome! The location was good, easy to walk to all the beautiful sights of prague and the metro is very close as another option. Would recommend Julia's apartment highly! Thankyou Julia for such a great stay, hopefully we will be back.
