This updated vintage 1900 home in North Adams is just a 10 minute walk to MASS MoCA, one of the country's largest contemporary art museums, and a mere (and beautiful) 10 minute drive from Williams College Museum of Art as well as The Clark. If you want nature & hiking, Cascade Trail Trailhead is a 5 minute drive, National State Bridge Park is a short 7 minute drive, and The Hoosac Range Trail is 11 minutes away by car. If you're looking to ski, Jiminy Peak and Mt. Snow are 30 and 45 mins away.

WINTER-ONLY ON-STREET PARKING BAN:
*** There is only room for 1 car to be parked. *** If your party will arrive with more than 1 car during this time, you must contact us to discuss potential alternative parking arrangements.

The city prohibits any overnight parking (1am - 6am) on the street between November 1 and April 15 to allow for snow removal - We know, that’s crazy but it’s real! If you park on the street overnight during this ban you may get a ticket or be towed! So please park your car overnight under the carport near the back of the house. During the day you are welcome to park on the street directly in front of the house. Please avoid parking in front of someone else’s house.

THE DRIVEWAY
PLEASE NOTE: DON’T PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY. ONLY PARK UNDER THE CARPORT. The driveway itself leading to the rear carport is shared property and cannot be blocked. If for any reason your access to or from the carport is blocked, please reach out to us.

Please note : The bathroom, shower & tub, and laundry are all on the 2nd floor.
