This is the second time we've stayed at this location, and it was great. It's very clean and well kept, and I love that we can bring our dogs! We will definitely stay again.
This house is a great value and the wood stove (which I had stoked up the whole time) made it very cozy. It is not located on the beach or within view, but is on a nice lot in a very quiet area. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking at home. The bed upstairs and little sitting area on the landing were very comfy and get great natural light. I did not meet Tracey, though she did offer and provided everything I felt I needed via email communication.
I lucked out with amazing, calm weather and mind-blowing sunsets during my evening walks on the beautiful stretch of beach! January is such a great time to be at the Oregon coast. It was just the getaway that I needed.
We have gone to Manzanita often and usually stay down in the flats near the main part of town. This home up in the hills north of town was a good value and a 10 minute walk to beach or town. Kitchen was well set up. Clean, light and airy. Suitable for groups who don't need private sleeping spaces since there is just one bedroom.
Hi Tracey. Thank you for all your help in our reservation and arrival process. We really enjoyed the use of the home. It accommodated all 7 of us very nicely. While we where only there for one day we would rent this home again.

This was my first Air BnB experience and it went perfect! The house was beautiful, Tracey was quick to respond to all of my questions, it was perfect!
The house in Manzanita suited my family very well. My two kids loved the house and the Barney and Friends VHS tape. The house is a bit of a walk down a steep street, but still manageable . Tracey is very pleasant to deal with - she takes good care of the house
Great house and location. Tracey was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Everything done via email with no need for calls or face to face meetings. 100% professional.
Manzanita is a wonderful place, this house is somewhat functional with interesting bedding arrangements but overall pretty crowded (it was for our party of 6) so do not expect too much. Also be aware that this rental is managed by a professional manager (with pros and cons). It is pretty worn down (uncomfortable sofa beds with worn out springs, old towels and linens starting to tear, hotel style carpeting that has seen better days) and there were some areas where cleaning was missed. We stayed here for only one night and needed to leave early in the morning, as a result we failed to follow the house guidelines (read them before booking!) regarding laundry and had to pay for extra cleaning, We are hosts as well and the most we ask our guests is to put towels and linens near the laundry machine, here your expected to DO the laundry and place it back folded in the closets. When your party is large and it doesn't fit in the machine it requires you to wait... Not sure this would qualify for a "vacation".
On the good side:
- Upstairs bedroom was comfortable and private
- Kitchen appeared well stocked (we hardly used it)
- Huge selection of VHS videos (but didn't get the VCR to work)
- The host was kind to hold the property until we could make the reservation
Tracey was very responsive to all of our inquiries and little requests. The place is very comfortable and nicely situated in Manzanita.
Took some friends from the UK down to Manzanita to experience some Oregon coastal goodness. My brother and his wife joined as well so there were 3 couples in total. Very comfortable, plenty of room, clean, well equipped, awesome wood-burning stove that I look forward to using in the winter sometime.
It's a really nice quiet and secluded street about 10 minutes walk from downtown and the beach. Perfect location. Tracey was prompt in responding and easy to work with.
