Enjoy unbelievable tranquility high in the Sea Pines tucked away on Deer Island next to Harbour Town. Walk to the shops, restaurants, entertainment, and the Yacht Basin in just minutes. Feed the deer from your hand while you connect with nature. The Sea Loft is just one house away from the Turtle Trail that winds along the marshlands.
The space
You could never ask for more natural light. The floor-to-ceiling windows make it feel like you are floating in your own nature preserve. Everything in the loft is brand new and stocked with everything you would ever need. And break out the skillet and cook up that perfect breakfast in the brand-new kitchen with all stainless steel and gorgeous quartz countertops.

If you want to catch a nice sunset, just walk back to the bridge you crossed to get on Deer Island and take in the beautiful water views.
NOTE only one car can be parked at this location during RBC Heritage.
We are pleased to offer you a starter breakfast, thoughtfully prepared to save you an early morning trip to the grocery store. Our breakfast selection includes mimosas made with superior Prosecco imported from Italy, some eggs, freshly baked cinnamon rolls (baked by you), English muffins with butter, and a variety of gourmet coffee options, including Nespresso© and Keurig pods, traditional drip and pour-over brewing methods, and of course half-and-half. Additionally, bring your favorite tea bags because we provide electric tea kettles, fresh fruit (locally sourced when possible), freshly baked cookies, and a few snacks to keep you satisfied. You can also find condiments in the fridge for your convenience. We are delighted to provide high-end kitchen countertop appliances some of which are Breville© and we even provide blenders to make your special libations. We have several stores that sell spirits and anything you would need to make your favorite frozen cocktail.
The pool access is just an easy walk up the road behind The Harbour Town Clubhouse and Golf Links. Also, if you want to drive, there is free parking there.

This Sea Loft sits on a small very private island with a wooden bridge that takes you away to another world. Nestled among the draping moss of the Live Oak Trees and tucked alongside Harbour Town the location is ideal for an Island Get-A-Way.
Sea Pines Resort requires parking passes for all visitors. Please be prepared to pay $30. cash to the attendant. Ask them for a weekly pass. Do not purchase the daily $9. permit. This property is amazingly easy to find and has an electronic lock for your convenience. Never need to worry about losing or sharing the keys.
The cross-island parkway is no longer requiring tolls.
The door code should be the last 4-digits of the phone number used by the booking person or other assigned code.
The address, Wi-Fi, and some other details will be provided after a confirmed reservation.
The SAV Savannah airport is about 45-minutes away and the HHH airport on the island is about 2-miles.
Only 2 cars are allowed for this rental and both of the parking spots are in front of the loft.
What you will want to do is rent bikes and explore the over 77 miles of leisure trails (take your Sea Pines parking pass if you expect to leave the community). If you choose to use your car, always be sure to park only where permitted and never park on the side of a road.
Other things to note
The pool access is just an easy walk up the road behind The Harbour Town Clubhouse and Golf Links. Also, if you want to drive, there is free parking there.
IMPORTANT: renters between April 14 and the 20th will be within the restricted zone of the RBC Heritage golf tournament. There is only one available parking spot at this Treehouse. We are able to provide additional parking on the north end of the island. To get into the restricted zone you must have a hang tag and we are happy to offer one of those for that period of time.
This is a whole house (condo, townhouse, villa, or single-family home) rental and you will not be sharing any internal spaces with strangers. However, we do have locked-off rooms and closets for our storage. None of our properties have cameras or noise monitoring devices of any kind. Some of our properties have Alexa pucks, Google-enabled devices, Wi-Fi-enabled appliances and/or Sonos speakers of which may have microphones. You are welcome to unplug them if you have any privacy concerns. Do not unplug any of the internet equipment, remove any thermostat or smoke alarms. This could result in a potential fine and service call.

My work: Hilton Head Escapes
We are Kirtis and Kristopher, formerly The Boys of Bodega Bay. We had a luxury bed and breakfast on the California coast in the quaint town of Bodega Bay. 2019 brought us a new adventure when we moved to Hilton Head Island. We want to bring the high level of hospitality we had in our inn to our new vacation rentals on the island. Both of us have been hospitality professionals for decades. In Northern California, I (Kirtis) have held the General Manager roles for a 5-star Napa Valley resort, leading Sonoma Coast vitality spa and vacation home rental agency. Kristopher has worked as an Event Coordinator, Executive Chef, and in Marketing and Real Estate Administration. We have reflected on our vast experience and extensive world travels and hopefully thought of everything you would need to enjoy our special space.
