Elizabeth House is named after Queen Elizabeth as well as Vina Elizabeth Brown, the original owner of this property.
The house has an open plan living dining room with television, comfortable chairs, piano, tables & heating. There is an eat in kitchen with dishes provided, an oven, stove, fridge & toaster. Elizabeth House has two bathrooms, one with shower & the other with a tub, two single bedrooms on the main and a large room upstairs with office space with cable internet. In the celler there is a washing machine. Outdoors one finds a winter wonderland and a small skating rink for single use.
Elizabeth House is half a block to public transport, corner shop, cluster of small shops and a 15 minute walk to a grocery store, bank and pharmacy. To reach downtown takes 30 for Yonge & Bloor & 40-45 minutes for Queen Street.
We have a young cat so this is suitable for cat lovers.
