Home built in 2021 has separate dining area, kitchen bar seating for four and open concept living room and kitchen arrangement. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware. Back door mudroom gives easy access to a spacious backyard with fresh green grass In a lovely well shaded area. Back yard is not entirely fenced in.
