Great house for two families. We really enjoyed our stay, sad that it has ended. Looking forward to rebooking next year.

This house is AMAZING!! Well decorated & Very spacious for all 7 of us. We really enjoyed the views while sitting on the back deck. Hilary was a perfect host. I would definitely book this place again.
This house is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped with breathtaking views of the mountains! Plenty of space for all of our family and guests and a great kitchen for preparing meals for a crowd. I didn't realize when I booked it that I would be on the other side of Hoosier Pass from Breckenridge, but the drive was not bad and my kids commented that they would rather be in this more secluded location than in the town of Breckenridge. Thanks to Hilary for all the attention to detail in this great home.
Cozy, Clean, Private and Very Comfortable! We had 7 adults (all family) so the intimate cabin was perfect for us. The drive to Breck was not bad, but if Hoosier Pass closes due to weather another route would be necessary. Look for County Road 4 for easiest access - had a tricky time finding River Road (otherwise known as Cty Rd 6 --- would definitely rent this again and again
My friends and I stayed at the Treehouse for a ski vacation at Breckenridge. The place is wonderful, with lots of room to stretch out. Hilary was very easy to contact with any questions, and provided lots of helpful suggestions. I would recommend anyone to stay at this great place.
The Treehouse in Breckenridge is a wonderful and unique mountain experience. It is a very large, roomy 3 story home with the ambience of a log cabin. I have stayed in several multi-milllion dollar mountain homes over the years and have to say that I honestly prefer the authentic mountain feeling of this home. I loved the deer and cowhide rugs, the antiques, and the log furniture. The view from the master bedroom on a snowy night is surreal-truly feels like you are in a snow globe looking down at a white wonderland. Bring your own entertainment. We watched the Olympics, an Eagles' concert, an old movie, and played some card games. We did some star-gazing on the deck one night which I will never forget. We saw Orion and one of our friends spotted the Southern Cross. Think they must have been looking through their beer goggles to see into the Southern Hemisphere from Alma, Colorado!!! We did a lot of skiing and boarding in Breck, Keystone, and Vail. The pass is not bad at all, but you definitely need a 4 wheel drive in the winter. The owners are really great people and promptly return every call and answer all questions immediately. I would highly recommend this place. It is an experience that you will remember and treasure for a lifetime.

I am originally from England and have traveled alot and finally settled in the US. I split my time between Chappell Hill Texas and Colorado but travel alot for a living. We are constantly updating this house and adding furniture and flooring that compliments the natural setting this house is in. My partner Scott and I are easy going and love to have guests.
