The place was great. Only problem was the wifi was active only for the first night. We assumed the password was changed in the middle of our stay which was somewhat upsetting because phone service is bare minimal out there. Over all it was a 4/5 experience. If you have T Mobil or Sprint you will not have phone service until you go into Breck. Had a great time.

Response from Hilary:
Sorry you experienced Wifi issues, in the house book it tells you to reset the wifi hotspot if you have issues, you could have texted me too, and I would have been happy to walk you through that. We are in the mountains, and cell phone coverage can be hit and miss in some areas and for some providers, but we have not heard of T-mobile or Sprint not having service in and around our house before?!

Loved the house. It was big enough for 4 couples and a dog! Clean & had everything we needed. Secluded but not far from two small towns and Breckinridge outdoor shopping mall!

This place was amazing. So spacious and felt like home. From the huge patio to the open living room. Place was really clean. Bars and restaurants within 10-20 minutes away. Definitely would recommend to friends and family or anybody looking to visit this area.

I am originally from England and have traveled alot and finally settled in the US. I split my time between Chappell Hill Texas and Colorado but travel alot for a living. We are constantly updating this house and adding furniture and flooring that compliments the natural setting this house is in. My partner Scott and I are easy going and love to have guests.
