26 m2 studio, very well located, very close to Boulevard de la Grotte, in a secure residence with elevator. Quiet and bright, fully equipped (fiber, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, ovens...) - just refurbished - with a parking space and a separate storage room of 6 m2 for suitcases and other items.

The space
The studio, located on the 4th floor of a secure residence with an elevator, has a double bay window across its entire width, which makes it a haven of light. The newly renovated kitchenette is equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, hood, microwave, fridge, and even a dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the bathroom, equipped with a shower.
