Welcome to this serene waterfront villa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, a haven for relaxation. This elegantly designed one-bedroom retreat is perfectly nestled on the shores of Lake Como, offering a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The real brick walls and cozy fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere, providing unforgettable memories in this beautiful Wisconsin setting. Local laws require all guests names and address be provided prior to check in.

The space
This entire Villa is yours to enjoy. Situated strategically between Lake Geneva and Williams Bay, the villa is within walking distance of popular destinations such as Mars Resort, The Lodge Geneva National, and The Getaway. Surrounded by natural beauty, the area offers a variety of activities for outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you're interested in water sports, hiking, biking or simply enjoying the tranquility of the lake, this location has something for everyone.

Please note that in this geographic Lakefront location, pests such as flies, small bugs, etc. are common, especially during the spring, summer and periods of excessive heat. While we strive to minimize their presence, these factors are beyond our control. We are not liable for these natural occurrences but will do our best to prevent them. If you notice any pests in the unit, please contact the host immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

The unit is occupied by a RING doorbell camera (front door ) that records the entry area 24/7 and MINUT NOISE DETECTOR that detects noise inside the unit, Minut noise detector doesn’t record any voices or conversations, it works by sound levels sensing the variation in the sound pressure and notifies us when it detects noise.

Per Wisconsin state law, ALL guests must be registered and provided home address booking a short term rental property.

The villa is yours to enjoy in private. Experience comfort and leisure with a range of amenities at your disposal. The association proudly features a newly renovated pool area, tennis courts and direct access to the lakefront. For those who love water activities, there's the convenience of on-site kayak rentals. In addition, The Ridge offers live music and entertainment, contributing to the lively local ambiance.

This retreat is a haven for guests who delight in outdoor activities. The area's trails invite leisurly walks and biking, allowing you to immerse in the beauty of Wisconsin's natural landscapes. During winter months, guests can enjoy the facilities at The Lodge of Geneva National, including a saltwater pool, sauna, steam room hot tub and whirlpool, available for a daily fee.
