The gym is just ₱100 per visit or totally free (1 person access) if you're staying a month. Just shoot us a request and we’ll handle the sign-up like your personal fitness concierge.
*IMPORTANT UPDATE*
The condo administration has scheduled temporary closures of some amenities (pool, playground, garden, and roof deck areas) starting May 4, 2026, due to waterproofing and maintenance works. These improvements are expected to last around 2 months, with reopening tentatively by July 4, 2026. During this period, there will be no access to these amenities. Please plan your stay accordingly.

To keep things safe and smooth (and keep building management happy), we kindly ask for a copy of your ID after you book. No passport needed—any valid ID works! Think of it as your golden ticket to relax and enjoy.

Please send a copy of your ID at least one day before arrival for guest pass approval.
No approved guest pass = No entry. 😬

✅When You Arrive:
Show your ID at the lobby.
Log your details, once verified, you’re good to go to your unit!
✅Check-In & Check-Out:
Easy self-check-in and checkout with an electronic door lock.
Full instructions will be sent 1 day before you arrive.
✅Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Fees (subject to approval & based on availability):
•First 2 hours: ₱1,500
•Beyond 2 hours: Full nightly rate
✅House Rules (The Fun But Important Stuff):
No smoking, pets, or parties
Turn off appliances when not in use
Basic cooking only (no smelly food, please!)
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
No unregistered guests allowed
No throwing of anything in the toilet or out of the windows
