About This Listing
Victorian Flatbush boosts large houses from early last century - this 100 year home sits on a quiet block. In the basement is a nice room with a bathroom down the hall. It is cool in the summer and warm in the winter - there are heaters and fans if required but usually not. It has a double pull out futon bed and a single futton bed. There is a room next door that can sleep two and is rented seperately. Both rooms can fit up to five - albeit tightly. There is a private back entrance leading to a garden where you can smoke or read or just enjoy the air.
I live alone here in one of the upstairs bedrooms. You can use the kitchen to make breakfast.
The room is quiet and with the destk couch and television is also a comfortable place to hang.. If you are planing to spend time in your room studying this is perfect. It is a comfortable, quiet place to sleep for 3 people comfortably - pushing it at four.

While my stay was at first a little challenging, when I told Rick my concerns he immediately dealt with them. I have to give him a five star for his commitment to making his place a functional Airbnb location. And he is extremely well located in Brooklyn, everything is easily accessible.
