Lost / Not returned Keys are charged at £50 per set.
Servicing of your apartment:
Your accommodation will be cleaned once a week and this includes provision of fresh linen and towels, toiletries and cleaning products (not replenished during your stay).
Complimentary WiFi is provided in all apartments. Located on the TV stand you will find the router with access codes printed on the back. If you are having trouble please contact us.
We endeavor to remedy problems as soon as possible however, we cannot accept responsibility for continuous service.
Access to your property:
On occasions it is necessary for us to conduct inspections or visits within your property. If this is required, you will not be required to give access and we will provide 24 hours’ notice.

Das Apartement hatte einen wunderbaren Ausblick durch die riesigen Fenster. Es war gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Lage war perfekt um viel von London zu sehen.
We rented this apartment so we could attend our daughter's graduation art (email hidden). Martin's. We could literally see the school from our window. It is a great view and perfect location for us. The room was very clean, modern and just as it looks in the photos. Bed was comfortable and what I like was that while it was one of those modern sealed window towers, those grey panels next to the windows in the photos are casement windows can open and so we had fresh air, not a/c which was really nice. Folks handling the key pickup were helpful with the usual wifi questions (and the Wi-Fi worked great too, once I figured it out). Excellent value - having that kitchen saves on breakfast and happy hour.
