Custom-designed mountain retreat on 7 private acres with 600+ ft of private New River frontage. Sleeps 8 across 2 king suites with brand new beds and mattresses (April 2026), two lofts, and a skylit private workspace. One suite features a stunning glass wall overlooking the river and mountains. Hot tub, fire pit, game room, expansive multi-level decks, and complimentary river tubes included. Just 15 minutes from downtown Boone.

We own the water frontage on our side of the bridge.
We don’t own the land on the other side of the bridge so please do not trespass.

Other things to note
- One of the loft bedrooms is above a King sized bedroom. Perfect for parents/kids or close friends. We want to make guests aware in advance so there are no surprises.

- Since the property is located in a quaint and rural area, cellular reception isn’t great while driving into the community. That being said we have installed multiple WiFi extenders. Once you are on the property and connected, you should have no issues throughout your stay. Just make sure to turn on your Wifi Calling feature.

- There are TWO driveways you can park at. The lower driveway is right when you pull over the bridge and the easiest place to park. The upper driveway is fairly steep, but is a much shorter walk to the front door. In the winter time, depending on snow/ice conditions this driveway may be difficult to access.

**INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY**
While 4-wheel drive is NOT needed, but we cannot control the weather, and your vehicle safety is your own responsibility. If the weather becomes a major factor impacting your booking, we will not consider refunds outside of our normal cancellation policy and travel insurance unless the guest cancels the reservation within normal policy guidelines.
