This cute, country cottage offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a treehouse loft in the bunk room. The floors are wood, kitchen is custom built with stainless steel appliances, bathroom vanity is custom built using the original kitchen sink from the home, and the twin size bunks are built in as well. There is a very large yard. There are 4 ski resorts within 20 minutes, the Weston Country Store and play house are 5 minutes up the road, and you can walk to the local farmers market every Saturday.

The space
The cottage is ideal for a couple or small family. It is close to town, has a large yard, and sits back about 300 feet from Route 100. There is a large yard with an outdoor fire pit for relaxing at night.

Guest access
Guests can use the entire cottage.

Other things to note
We are not a Airbnb corporation, but we live down the road, and the home you are renting was our first home. We were raising our 3 children (family of 5) there up until 3 years ago. It may blow your mind when you see the 850 sq.ft. of space that 5 of us were living there. I joke we started the tiny house trend, but it was what we could afford. We remodel it ourselves and have many fond memories there so we don't want to part with it, and sharing our home with others through airbnb seems like the best avenue.

WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use the home of 6135 VT RT 100 features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the firepit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
