Cozy Private Room in a 19th-century Industrial Loft at the heart of Munich. 2 superb balconies, BBQ facilities. All major sights, the River Isar, the Shopping District and the English Gardens at your doorstep. The room has it's own private balcony.
HOUSE RULES Please avoid what you would not like your guests to do in your own flat. („Red Face Test“). This is the place where we usually live, so we hope you do care as much as we do :)? You can smoke but please do so only on the balconies. Please avoid smoking inside the loft at any time. There are ashtrays at your disposal on the balconies. Please use them and do not throw cigarette butts out of the window (or even worse, into our plants). No loud music, parties or other noise disturbance, please. Please do not bring any strangers in the flat and make sure you always lock the door locks and the windows for your own safety before leaving the flat. Take off your shoes when you're in the flat. Our furniture is all far from being new and this is why we love them. Please take care of them. If you could give some water to the plants, it would be nice. STORAGE You might be willing to unpack and store your belongings during your stay. We made some space for you in the wardrobe in the bedroom. KITCHEN Please help yourself with our variety of spices and feel free to add some ;). Feel free to use all our kitchen equipment but please don't open bottles or cans or jam which are not opened. You will find lots of coffee spots at your doorstep. CHECKOUT IS 11 A.M. SHARP. PLEASE BE ON TIME SINCE THE CLEANERS HAVE NO FLEXIBILITY. Please take used towels off and leave them rolled up in the bathroom. Please leave the key on the table inside the loft. THANK YOU!

Travelers to the bone with home port Munich, Germany. We love life, good food and good wine. Of course we're excited to travel to new shores, but since our jobs keep us rather busy at times, we enjoy meeting other world citizens here at our place when we're lacking time for travel. So excited to meet you, guys!
We've started off with airbnb right from the beginning in 2012. Being one of the first airbnb hosts in Germany has been very exciting. Out of the hundreds of stories we've been experiencing along with our guests, not even one is a boring one. The adventure begins again with every new guests we're welcoming here - and that's what makes airbnb so exciting for us. The bigger airbnb grows, the more attractive it is to be part of this global family. We're quite excited where this journey will take us.
