Where you’ll be

Atlanta, Georgia, United States

This house is on the line between Morningside and Virginia Highland, and it's within walking distance to the best of both neighborhoods. In Morningside, you’ll find restaurants, a European bakery/market, a wine shop, a Pure Barre studio, and a day spa, plus a weekly organic farmers market (Saturday mornings, year round).

At the crossroads of Virginia Ave and N. Highland Ave--the namesake of the Virginia-Highland neighborhood--there are restaurants, coffee shops, an Italian market, boutiques, and bars, plus a weekly farmers market (Thursday afternoons, April-November). Several yearly festivals take place in the neighborhood.

Both neighborhoods are home to charming houses, tree-lined streets, and family-friendly parks with playgrounds (John C. Howell, Orme, Sidney Marcus, and Sunken Garden Parks are some of our favorites). The neighborhoods are also adjacent to Piedmont Park, the city’s largest park, which is home to festivals, a playground, a public pool and splash pad, tennis courts, sports fields, a weekly farmers market (Saturday mornings), and the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Access to the Atlanta Beltline is on the near side of the park.

Ponce City Market, as well as other popular neighborhoods, like Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park, and Buckhead are all within 2 miles. Emory and CDC are 8-10 minutes by car. The Georgia Aquarium, The High Museum of Art, Woodruff Arts Center, and Fernbank Museum and Science Center are 10-15 minutes by car. Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the King Center, the Center for Civil and Human Rights, the World of Coke, the College Football Hall of Fame, and Zoo Atlanta are all within a 15-20 minute drive.
